We really liked our stay, the room was very clean, clean towels are provided every few days and upon request, the hosts were very helpful and nice and even recommended a few places we can visit. Nice big yard and the beach is very close, 100% recommend.

It's really quiet . Very close to the beach. Emaculately clean. Spacious parking and rest area. Extremely polite hosts both Stavros and Marion. When we checked out , we were able to leave our car there and enjoy the day at the beach before leaving.

All was great. Absolutely no recommendations for improvements from us. The best hotel we have ever stayed in.

We attended the Seaview Aparthotel in the second half of September 2023 for five nights. Stayed at a two bedroom apartment with a balcony and and a living room area. The apartament was situated on the second floor. We were a family of 6 (2 adults, 3 kids and 1 dog). The apartment was gorgeuos - spacious, very cosy, extremely clean, equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Our balcony had a beautiful view towards the olive garden and the sea. The building is surrounded by an amazing olive garden and has a grass area with kids' playground. The parking space in and outside the property is plenty, the area around was not crowded. The beach is right across the street, which was very convenient as we could go back and forth as often as we wanted to. There is a huge sand beachline with a plenty of walking area. The water depth was great for all - it became gradually deep and allowed both kids and adults to enjoy independently. Across the street there was also a restaurant with reasonable prices and extremely delicious food. During the night we enjoyed the sound of the sea waves and the fauna of the surrounding area. The villages around Nea Potidea are pretty and easily accessible by car, so there are many options for sightseeing too. Marion is an absolutuely fabulous host. She is kind, welcoming and responsive to all the guests' needs. She gave us great recommendations on family friendly things to do and places to visit, including restaurants, shops, playgrounds, etc. I can tell she poured her heart and soul in designing this place. There was not a single thing that she compromised with. Everything was stellar and well thought of. She made our stay even better. I highly recommend Seaview Apart Hotel for your vacation, regardless of whether you are a couple, a family with kids or single. We are definitely going back again next year. :)

The apartment is quite small, ideal for two adults with one child only. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. I was very surprised that there wasn't any cleaning sevice included in the price. We stayed for 10 days without any room cleaning from the staff, without changing the bedsheets...In other places in Greece we stayed in, there was a standard of cleaning once in three days...

This hotel is really very close to the beach. Stavros, our host, was very kind and always helpful. The place is calm and quiet, beach is sandy, water shallow. There aren't many people during working days but it's very busy and crowded during weekends.

We didn't like the mattress of the bed. It was very hard, we both had issues sleeping well in that bed. Another thing that I would mention here is that the accommodation is on the other side of Nea Poteidaia (before the channel) and you must have a car to go to the town. The drive is a little bit on a unpaved road, a little bit on the highway. That position makes this place bad for going to the city, but very good for relaxation on a great beach in a quiet environment.

The place is great for having chill and relaxed vacation. This is the cleanest place we (me and my wife) have ever been to in Greece. The place is pet friendly (we were here with our dog). The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, pans, utensils... you name it. It even had coffee machine for filter coffee and electric kettle for tea. The host was very helpful and nice. The accommodation is within a walking distance from a beach (3 minutes walking). And the beach was gorgeous. Sandy, with clean water, shallow at the beginning and after a while gradually gets deeper. We would definitively return here.

mosquitoes, mosquitoes,mosquitoes and various worms, spiders etc. you will NEED a anti mosquito spray or socket. The roads near every beach in Halkidiki are horrible, even with a 4x4 offroad car and is not going to change any time soon.

very close to the beach, the beach is one of the best in Halkidiki, amazing sea, perfect for little kids. near the beach you will find bar and very good restaurant. the prices are very good. 5€ for two persons and the umbrella. very cheap. I have visited all beaches in the zone and this one is the best overall. private parking, very social owners, very helpful with everything. the small and beautiful little city of Cassandreia is 5-7min by car and it has a beautiful big church. the wifi in the room was good, but not as fast if you want to watch iptv, just for browsing in internet.

Great communication with the owners prior and during our stay, very friendly, with great suggestions for a good restaurants and things to explore in the area. Did respond immediately for topper request over double bed made of 2 single beds, even if it was not available they have ordered it and supplied it next day. Very clean apartment, newly renovated with everything you will need in the kitchen and beautiful huge private seaview balcony. Thank you very much!!
