We loved everything about the property. There isn’t much going on in Emporio, very few bars and restaurants, ideally you should have a hire car, although there is a bus stop within a 5min walk

The property is immaculately clean, with everything you need to enjoy your stay, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent. The terrace area is large with space to sunbathe or have shade, the hot tub is a nice addition. Mrs Kalliopi is an excellent caring host, she could not do enough for you, always available for advice and would book excursions, hire cars, transfers etc her communication is 100% a very thoughtful host.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

I don’t think I can put how amazing the owner is in such a little box. She made us all feel extremely welcomed and always welcomed my son with open arms every time she saw him. The location is very close to a bus stop so you are able to get to over areas of santorini very easily. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody I spoke to

Mrs Kalliopi was a wonderful host and was always around to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! She had been in contact with us even before we got there to check how she could be of help. Our excursions were all pre booked as were our airport transfers. All thanks to her, our entire holiday was super smooth and hassle free. The actual villa itself was gorgeous with everything you require. The hot tub definitely was the highlight. Overall, a 5* experience and one we cannot recommend enough! Thanks again Mrs Kalliopi

Everything was perfect. The location, the apartment itself was all good. The host was very gracious and went out of her way to make us comfortable. She would bring in some snacks, bites everyday we were there. She helped in booking tours, taxis, suggestions on places to see, everything.

Everything is PERFECT.

It’s a lovely villa , it’s really luxurious , well equipped , super clean and comfortable .. best location. Cafes, restaurants, supermarket , pharmacy , bakery and mini market are on walking distance. Mrs Kalliopi is on top on everything , very professional , friendly, helpful and very generous. Saying that Miss Kalliopi spoiled us is extremely reductive. Everything we needed or wanted to know about required not more than 5 minutes to be sorted out, INCLUDING car rental and boat trips. Every morrning Kalliopi would bring us freshly cooked food, and the quality perfectly respected the whole complex of this host. Rooms and pools were cleaned regularly every day. Coffee and breakfast were supplied along with freshly cooked food. The networking abilities of the host, Kalliopi, made the trip even more simple. Although the surroundings were a bit noisy, the whole experience was an absolute masterpiece! Thank you Kalliopi for treating us with silk gloves! 10/10 :D

The personalized care, our host kindness, the clean apartment, daily housekeeping(really), small plate of snacks, the quiet but central location, walking distance restaurant, the fact that all pictures were true to the place were all the things I like and more. I felt safe leaving my 15 years old son inside to go get desert. It is perfect for families.

It was a great pleasure to stay in this lovely place. The room was super clean and well-equipped. The host is a very kind lady and makes us feel like home. Everything I was worried about was thoughtfully prepared, which made our trip very cozy. She helped us with car rent, transportation from airport,food and attractions recommendations etc……,and she prepared us fruit for free. Definitely come here again if we have chance to go to Santorini in the future.

Everything, this place is like home ...owner will be like ur family member , she is there for everything . Its clean like new... best location to explore this lovely island . 5 minutes drive to beach 20 minutes to airport 15minutes to minutes drive to fira 20 minutes to oia Cafe, pharmacy, mini market, restaurants and supermarket is on walking distance.

If you wish to visit Santorini, you can never go wrong with SantoRossa Villas located in Emporio Square. It has a great location which is close to a bus stop, beautiful surrounding atmosphere ~kinda windy which is perfect for summer you'd never feel too hot during your stay, great host ~Mrs. Kalliopi is very friendly and helpful which gave us a great first impression of the place. Everything about the villa was exceptional. It was clean, cozy, stylish, excellent service and with private pool. I'd say great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped specially if you wish to cook, very comfortable, plus you can have a good view of the pool even if you're inside the room. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Everything was perfect, there is nothing negative i can say to be honest

Everything about this property was absolutely Impeccable! The Private pool which includes a jacuzzi was perfect, The Bedroom was perfect, The rain shower is exactly what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The host Mrs Kalliopi went out her way to make sure me and my girlfriend felt comfortable. Attention to Detail was 10/10 Mrs Kalliopi decorated our room with rose petals, Baloons and also romantic chocolates! We arrived late due to our flight, But Mrs Kalliopi greeted us in person and had set up a fresh cheese plater for us with breadsticks and the finest cheese, as well as a fruit platter! Could not ask for more! I would highly recommend anybody going to Santorini to stay here! I will most definitely be staying here if we decide to visit Santorini again.

Only critique is the walls between appts are thin so you can hear your neighbours but it didn't stop us having a wonderful time and wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

The stay was fabulous I'm just sad we weren't there for longer. We booked it for one night before we headed to another place to meet a wedding party - I would have liked to have stayed here! Beautiful, clean and Mrs Kaliopi was lovely, she could not do enough for us. She arranged all transfers, was contactable by whatsapp the whole time & made us recommendations for eating that we really appreciated. If we go back to Santorini I will definitely stay here again.

All was great! From welcoming to leaving, we had amazing time! The host is so generous, always wants to help, she drove us to the beach two times, gave us some sweets and tomatoes from own garden every day! I have never experienced such a pleasant stay before. Highly recommend!
