The property is beautiful, the best views in my opinion, the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The hotel smells amazing, the rooms are instagram ready and it’s the perfect walking distance from the shopping district of Fira. They have convenient accommodations such as excursions recommendations, pool, delicious breakfast, a restaurant, and free water. 10/10 recommend and we will be back again!

we had the junior suite that was great with great view, the hotel is only 4 minutes walking from the thira center where all the bars. it has a lovely pool and clean rooms breakfast is very nice with great variety the staff is very helpful

We had an amazing stay at Santorini Palace! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the staff for upgrading our room—it truly made our experience even more memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The team was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any questions or recommendations. We really appreciated the personal touches and how they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite being centrally located, it was quiet, and we could fully unwind. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff cleans the rooms very precisely, they come in every day if you ask, and when you get back to your room at the end of the day, you will find wonderful cleanliness. The interior is wonderful, the atmosphere of the Greek Cyclades is mixed with modern style. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. The pool in the hotel is great, which is made even more pleasant by the Pool bar next to it, where you can eat and drink. (Aperol Spritz is delicious!!) Do not hesitate to ask the hotel for help if you need a transfer from the airport and back. They will arrange it for you very willingly. When you arrive, the reception will give you detailed information about the island. (Cities, programs, transport options with prices) The location of the hotel is fantastic, the center, restaurants, bars, shops, bus station, taxi station are a 10-minute walk away. In a word, I highly recommend Santorini Palace to everyone!!

I am being picky. We used the wine glasses / glasses in the room and they weren't replaced with clean ones. We could have asked I suppose, however, felt that replacing clean glasses should be a given.

our upgrade!!! Breakfast was first class; pool size, just right. Room was clean and cleaning service was friendly and polite. All the staff at the desk were always very receptive and helpful and John gave us some really good tips for our stay, and recommendations which was valuable. The location could not have been better! Literally 10 minutes walk into the centre of Fira and right in the middle of the wonderful streets, and we had the option of taking the coastal route walk. Coastal route is steep at times so not great if you have mobility issues. All in all we were delighted with our stay.

We had absolutely no issues at Santorini Palace. In 40 years of business and family travel we couldn't remember a hotel we enjoyed more.

The hotel is located only a short distance from the centre of Fira but you would never know it. It has a very unique design that is completely in keeping with the architecture of the community. You really don't have the sense you are actually in a quite large property. However what made the hotel successful for us was every member of staff was very friendly, helpful and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble and the suggestions anyone made for food or excursions were done so without bias as to price or supplier. We found the quality and choice of food at breakfast or dinner was excellent. We also thought the prices were better value than going into Fira. Our room and shared facilities around reception and the pool were very clean and well kept. All in all the whole place has a very positive atmosphere. We plan to return next year but in the meantime are looking at other KD Hotel resorts.

We were extremely happy with the hotel, new and clean and garden so well kept. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The pool area was fantastic so was the breakfasts, so much variety . Location was also amazing , easy walk to Fira. Definitely recommend. We absolutely loved it.

Hotel and staff were fantastic and we would definitely stay again. Minor moan - we would have liked a larger room especially with it being for our wedding/honeymoon and we had a lot of our guests stay at the same hotel at our request and some of our guests actually had larger/nicer rooms than us. This didn't ruin our holiday but a different room would have just added the wow factor.
