We had to do an early check-out, and since the reception is open from 8:30 to 17:00 we tried to communicate via message, but didn't get a answer. At the end of the day we simply followed the same instructions as the self check-in and wasn't really a problem.

The rooms were very confortable and very clean. They allowed us to do a late self-check-in which was good since we had a late flight, and there are good parking spots near.

The pillows weren't very comfortable.

The location to the beach is great and farther away from the more touristy, busy parts of the island. The room was clean and staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was really good, but is not included in the price of the stay.

The bathroom was very small. The shower area was so small that a person could hardly stand.

Manager was very cooperative. The place was clean and comfortable. It was also centrally located and close to the beach.

Dimitri was very sweet although my room wasn’t ready upon arrival because I arrived earlier at 09:00am I had such a long route and I just wanted to drop my things off and eat, but luckily Margarita gave me a great breakfast and it was lovely. I also want to thank Andrei for being so patient and happy to pickup me from airport and bring me to Villa Dima. The other staff was so helpful definitely increases in value. 10/10

Dimitri and his team were outstanding. Helpful in every way! Cute and comfortable accommodations. Black sand beach was and restaurants were easy to get to as well as great food and fair prices. It’s a hidden gem in Perissa with a great view to the blue-dome church , we loved our room. We would come back and stay again. Thank you Dimitri

The owner was kind, friendly and very helpful. My room was comfortable and authentically Greek looking. The apartment is very close to the beach, bus stop and a supermarket.

As with most apartments here in Greece, we had to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor via stairs. Wi-Fi was awful, we hardly got any connection, but if you go down, you can get a strong signal.

The best part of this apartment was a friendly host. He allowed us to check out super late for free as our ferry was at midnight. Of course, this wouldn't have been possible during the peak season. He arranged for pick up and drop as well at a fee. Our room was located on the 2nd floor and had a great view as in the attached pic. There were mini marts and eateries nearby. The room itself was comfortable, just that the domed ceiling was something new, so we had to be careful not to hit our head with the curved wall.

The location of Villa Dima is excellent. I also liked the people there Dimitri and the cleaner. Very friendly and helpfull. I would deffinatelly go there again, if I had a chance.

Beautiful place in good location on Santorini island. We rent a car and had a free parking near the place available always . The villa is spacious and nice decorated. Cleaning is 100% best quality. The roof top rooms with the terrace is a good place to enjoy a sunny day in tranquility. The manager Dimitri is always ready to help you with anything. Recommended

Dimitri is excellent host, it was very quiet and clean. The location is wonderful, a few meters to the bus stop where the bus leaves for Fira. A few meters further you are right on the beach, where there are also good restaurants and bars. Our little dog was welcome, we felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

The staff was super nice. The sea is 5 mins walk. I think that perissa has the best beaches in santorini. The studio had all cutlery and pan to cook. I didn't need to go anywhere to rent the scooter or book the tour. The manager of the Villa had done everything for me. Amazing stay. I will come back again.

The bed was not comfortable to me - too hard.

This hotel is super close to the beach and restaurants! The room was large for the price, and the hotel helped me arrange transportation to and from the port.

The location was in a perfect spot, by the mountains, near the sea and also near shops and restaurants. Very polite and welcoming host. All looks the same as in the pics. extremely quiet too.

I arrived after midnight and had some difficulty finding the place because the entrance is somehow hidden. Other than that the place was cozy and had complimentary water, coffee and tea. Thank you!

Internet connection was a bit glitchy. Breakfast was not included ( that’s ok) but not worth the 9 euros per person they charge for it.
