Not a massive issue, but maybe the pool could have been heated a bit

The prime location in the heart of Oia. And the private balcony and hot tub overlooking the beautiful view of the sea and Caldera. The included breakfasts that were brought to our room each morning were delicious and such a good start to the day. The Exclusivi app was also brilliant - we could order our breakfast, book tables at the Secret restaurants and communicate with reception through it.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Breathtaking view from the pool area. So many people stop by to take pictures of the hotel because it’s beautiful. The room is thoughtfully decorated and very clean. Breakfast in the room feels so nice and luxurious. The staff is very helpful and friendly and would go above and beyond to meet our needs. Overall very very good experience. We will definitely come back.

Worth paying extra for the premium suits for that extra privacy.

The staff went above and beyond for us from the minute we arrived. They made us feel like valued customers and nothing was too big of an ask. The location is excellent and everything about the hotel is finished to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and to recommend it to everyone!

The breakfast was just ok, not spectacular like other hotels we visited during our stay in Greece. It would have been nice to have a buffet from which we could choose the food in the restaurant in addition to having the choice of it being delivered to our room. And, very disappointingly, we didn't get breakfast on our third morning. We were really looking forward to eating what we selected the previous night and completed on the breakfast form. Yet, when we went to check out in the morning, we were handed a boxed meal which none of us wanted any of the food inside and we had to specifically ask for coffees. Maybe it seems trivial, but with the high cost of the hotel, the breakfast was a highlight and we were deprived of one of the three included breakfasts.

The staff were super nice and sincerely wanted to help us with anything we asked. The room and view were beautiful. The hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained. It was wonderful to receive a welcome drink and bottle of champagne and a snack.

Beautiful hotel in prime location, lovely staff, spa, multiple pools, and great facilities. The king-sized bed was very comfortable! Not to mention, the breakfast delivered to the room for to enjoy on our private patio each day was amazing. It was the perfect place to spend time relaxing during our honeymoon!

Just a minor point- it would be great to update the jacuzzi setting in terms of the energy used/impact on the environment so that it's not heated and on 24hrs/day.

none. but if your into privacy consider that some rooms in the premium are close to the street with view on caldera making it an atraction for constant tourism. even the hotel (wall of water, pool) gets photographed. it didnt bother me or my family

we stayed in the maisonette/duplex. the breakfast, the room and staff were incredible. it has a double aircon system (up and downstairs that work independantly)

Actually everything was fab. If I have to be really picky, I would recommend they install a water filter so we can refill water rather than use plastic bottles (which they provide).

The service was brilliant, staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property itself was amazing and the facility was great. I would love to come back here
