We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Stunning boutique hotel with fabulous rooms, views to die for, superb food & wine with a great choice at breakfast and the best hospitality from the entire team. Right on the Caldera with the ability to walk to Imerovigli and Thira in one direction (which we did) and Oia in the other (which we didn't attempt). Great private car service (very comfortable, easy to arrange and cheaper than taxis) plus a bus stop right behind the hotel on the main road costing only EUR2 to Oia every 30 mins.

The view from our room and the hotel was unbeatable. We had dinner once at the hotel and it was wonderful. They brought us coffee/breakfast every morning and it was very good. Most of all, it was the staff that made the experience above and beyond because they make you feel like they will take care of you and it is their pleasure to do so. In the end, we wished we would have hung out at the hotel more instead of going to the beach.

United KingdomView was amazing, same view of the sunset as the boat tours. Location was good for us as we wanted somewhere quiet and away from the crowds. If you wanted a busy bar there was one a few hundred yards away, which we didn't try. Service was excellent, almost on a par with hotels in Asia. Small group of staff who looked after everyone very well.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff are amazing and made the trip so enjoyable and relaxing, the hotel itself is beautiful with incredible views everywhere you look. It is perfectly located to explore the island without feeling like you're too close to touristy areas. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking to enjoy Santorini and feel like a valued guest.

The hotel had amazing views and a challenging walk up into Imeroviglion - although not for the faint hearted. Rooms, restaurant and the pool were clean and well maintained.The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you - especially Andreas and the Captain in the restaurant!
