No kettle in the room : Impossible to prepare a breakfast. The fridge doesn't work when the key is not inserted which means you can't keep any food in it if your are not in the room : Fridge is useless. You have to pay extra 25€ if room need to be cleaned !!

The sleeping situation was not comfortable at all. Too small rooms. Matress and pillows were not comfortable at all.

The Location of the property is quit good. One can reach ro the city center in 10 minutes.

I have osteoarthritis in my knee. Although the site was near to Fira ,you had to walk up a steep hill to get there, which l couldn’t do . Suggest that this is noted when people are looking at site Thank you

The room was quite small with obviously very old facilities, the bathroom could use a decent reconstruction and disinfection.

The location of the accommodation was good - still within the city, but without noise, the pool was clean and there was a nice terrace next to it where one could take a break.

The bathroom had a terrible smell coming from it right throughout the stay. It smelled like stagnated water or sewerage. The pool in the camp was extremely dirty and was almost un-swimmable. This was disappointing as we booked this accommodation mainly for its pool.

The room was lovely, very comfortable and good amount of space. The terrace off the room was great and the overall atmosphere in the camp was good. The interior of the room was cute and had everything you needed. Having a fridge was a great bonus. The staff were ok.

Once the grass has dried out the spaces between the rows of rooms and tents looks very scruffy. A laundry facility on site would have been useful for travellers.

For a 3 night stay in Santorini with the freedom to explore the island by bus and on foot it was great. The campsite was quiet at night and the pool area is clean and welcoming. The campsite is only 10 minutes walk from the bus station and centre of Fira.

To improve: I used to drink coffee in bed in my room before go out, so I always bring with me coffee when I travel. But it was no possibly to heat water in the room (even for extra charge - I asked). And also the taxi driver that was colled from hotel was not professional and took me to different place that I needed and left with laguage in wrong place. So I had to walk with a laguage 20 minutes in the middle of very hot day to find my hotel. I told him twice the exact name of hotel and also asked him if he sure knows the place. Ashaim! This is not hotel responsibility, but check good even if you call taxi from hotel.

Big camping with different kind of accomodations. My room was not big and very basic but has almost all you need. Good air conditioner, big bed, shower. Good restorant and bar, big swimming pool. Very nice staff. The place is not in center but very close, 5-10 minutes walk.

Beds were thin and one pillow was provided. Rooms are small but enough for dropping the bags and only sleeping in there. Shower was tiny. Hair on blanket was left. PowerPoint near door did not work at all.

The location was great, walking distance to city and seemed safe to walk around at night as both me and my friend has no problem walking home at 3am.

My experience was not as positive as I had hoped. While the hotel itself was nice and the staff at the bar and restaurant are kind and friendly, the behavior of the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. While the staff member who checked me in was polite and helpful, the others I encountered the next day and during check-out was incredibly rude. When I asked if I could stay half an hour at the restaurant to eat something before leaving, he told me that I would have to pay 5 euros or leave the camp. This was extremely disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but the way in which this staff member communicated with me was unacceptable. I felt as though I was being kicked out of the hotel, rather than being treated as a valued guest. I hope that the hotel management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that all guests are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Great location and (5 mins walk into town) and pretty good value for Santorini. Pool is a great addition and we found the staff really friendly. If you’re after a good base to explore the island on a budget then this is the place. Staff are also accommodating with left luggage.

I was there for one week and my room was not cleaned once. Pity there is no Wifi in the actual rooms. You need to go by the pool/bar/restaurant area to have access to it.

Very good location and within walking distance from all the main sites, restaurants and bus stop in Fira. Friendly staff and lovely swimming pool. This is also a good place to meet like-minded travellers.

- The internet is horrible. Does not work in apartments. The owner is rich, can't he afford an internet expansion hub? Pure neglect and lack of desire to improve; - We stayed for a week and there was no cleaning ever done. The bathroom rug was disgusting; - Rooms smell musty.

- Not that far from downtown; - The bartenders are nice people; - The price compared to other accommodations.

The room was small, but it was an old room similar to a holiday camp we had stayed in at Butlins in UK. It was clean, the bed comfortable and wardrobe space for most items. It was a campsite, so considering we were not camping I was very happy, We had a small balcony with table and chairs which was basic but well used. The amenities, very adequate, the toilets and shower blocks were very good and cleaned regularly. We had our own bathroom but used the WC when we were using the swimming pool. The bar was brilliant and the barman both well trained and very proud of the cocktails, the food was cheap but very adequate and open all day for cooked snacks. The pool was long and clean and had many lounges set around but also chairs and tables.

The mattress was terrible, hard and lumpy and you could feel every spring. I felt like I got a bruise on my side from a spring in the mattress. The bathroom also kind of smelt like sewerage so we kept the door shut at all times. There was a bit of mould on the bottom of the shower walls.

Good location, about 10 min walk away from the main street in Fira (although uphill it wasn't too steep). Staff were very friendly. The room had a fridge, aircon, tv. The pool was nice.
