The AC wasn't cold enough, the water from the tap is very salty. Expected more variety of food, but it was the same menu everyday

Very nice pool we had by our room. The terrace was very dirty. Alot of sand everywere after the wind/storm. But then they should clean it. The airconditioning was leaking. The general manager, people from reception and manager from the buffet and cleaning ladies were very friendly . Staf from the buffet doesnt really understand there job. And its very difficult to say Goodmorning! And its take 10/15 min before they bring you coffee after asking them for it. Quality of the breakfast! Very bad!!! This is not a breakfast of 5***** hotel. Make sure you wear flipflops/ shoes/slippers arround the pool. You cant walk there without. The floor arround pool is stonecarpet. But the floor is getting loos everywere so that means you have everywhere little stones. Looks like the hotel needs and upgrade. Getting some stuff redone. Some of the staff they really try but think most of them miss the experience. If you are outside by your pool or back part from the rooms the smell of the sue is really bad.

The sunbeds at the pool were always occupied by 9 am - for basically the rest of the day; there are way too few sunbeds at the pool for the amount of guests! The breakfast was really poor to say the least! The water in the shower was flooding the whole bathroom. The cleaning stuff did not do their job. This hotel is just up for the looks and has no substance.....

reception needs some train (too messy and slow). cleaning service needs to be improved a lot (we alsways have to ask for fresh shower towels because they didn’t leave them during the diary cleaning.

The only minor point was the housekeeping in the morning always knocking the door and when we came back from breakfast could not go back in as they were cleaning, surely wait until 11 to start to clean the room. Also this unwritten rule about keeping towels on pool beds when no one uses them is ridiculous

The pool area is lovely, nice breakfast offering and staff were very very good and can see they work hard. Clean bedroom and great quality. I would not hesitate to go back thank you for the memories

There didn’t seem to be too much going on in the evenings at the hotel so we spent every night out elsewhere

The pool area and bar was amazing and the breakfast variety good too. The staff were very friendly and polite. Our first room we didn’t like so we were changed to a different room hassle free that was perfect. The bed was huge and comfortable and fresh towels provided every day.

The room is very simple and looks like a 3 star hotel. The bed sheets were stained and from 2 different sets. The bathroom presented traces of rust, with no place for toiletries in the shower and the water was spraying everywhere. No beach area.

The pool area looks amazing. The staff was professional and customer oriented.

What is unfortunately not allowing me to put a higher score...is the WIFI connection. In the room it was very chaotic and slow, sometimes not working sometimes yes.....this is of course not acceptable for a so-called 5 stars hotel. At the main pool are...connection was much better. So maybe my room was too much away from front desk. But I still had big issues connecting.....and they should really improve such. I did not claim much since I was upgraded.....but had to report it here.

An excellent place to stay, especially since I was upgraded to a Suite...with a small private pool (never enjoyed such !) So the room was huged, with 2 TV's (including international channels), a Nespresso coffee maker, airconditioned, fridge, sunchairs on the private terrace., The pool of the hotel is big and plenty of space to relax. The other pool (shallow) is having some "bubbles" equipment (jacuzzi but with cold water). Staff is extremely motivated and helping. The breakfast is having everything you need. I did not try lunch/dinner, but since it's a so called 5-stars, be ready for high prices. Also keep in mind hotel is not at the beach, but you need to walk 5-6 minutes to reach the black sand main beach (which I did not like but this is a personal opinion). On the beach front, lots of affordable good eateries.

Amazing pool in our apartment. The apartment itself was a little small. Mezzanine bed very cool but steep stairs quite treacherous if any water is dragged in!

Rooms desperately need an upgrade, especially the bathroom. No internet in our room, but was limited in poolside area. Gravely floor made it difficult to walk in the pool area without shoes or flip flops. Staff who were generally disinterested or poorly trained.

The main pool was large, and never busy.

hello to all, my wife and I just finished our vacation, the overall impression is a solid three on a five-point system, the hotel and rooms are not in proper repair, the yard is cleaned, but not cleaned around the garbage and dirt, the hotel, when we left, due to the incompetence of the staff, who demanded, of us, almost 500 euros when we only had to pay about 200 euros in the process we barely made it to the plane but the flight and experience were ruined so anyone who cares about their nervous system would not recommend this hotel

Lack of fruit at breakfast - there was one type of melon only each day and it was sometimes rubbery. The softness of the towels deteriorated as our stay went on, but not sure if this was intentional.

Room had a private pool outside the back! Modern Greek-style decor, really big pool for proper swimming and small bubble pool, which my 4-year old loved. Well-equipped gym and great location near beach.

Basic breakfast, common for 3-star hotels But what was very bad: 1. the rooms furniture is outdated 20 years old at least, not in good shape 2. room amenities non existent, no coffee machine, very old refrigerator, only two power outlets in the room (of which one on the corridor) 3. very bad smell in the rooms and around the pool (the sewerage is not maintained); after complaints, the solution provided by the hotel was to stop the pool showers! but bad smell persistent in the rooms, comes also from air conditioning (old style, bulky device floor-mounted, filters not changed since ages) 4. Location / the walk to the beach: Perivolos it a so-called "decentralized greek administration", a dusty village where constructions are done chaotically, private owners buying parcels of land and starting constructions, stopping afterwards etc; should have a look on Goggle maps before deciding to go there, "what you see is what you get" at least in July 2023

The Perivolos Beach is saving our stay in 9 Muses, as hotel and neighborhood are terrible. What we liked in the hotel: - general layout of the pool space, the pool bar and the restaurant - regular service around the pool bar & the restaurant - rooms were clean - bathroom with shower very convenient - the Gym space with state of the art bathrooms

everything! the hotel was lovely & clean. The staff were fantastic, they truly couldn’t do enough for you. special mention to Theodora on the reception, she had the biggest smile,so lovely to see, and to Alex, Catherine, Elena, Costas & Fagellis restaurant & bar staff, and to all the others we didn’t get to learn their names. Always pleasant, they truly were fantastic staff!!
