Nothing, it’s really exceptional.

The property is simply outstanding, with spacious rooms and amazing facilities. Despite being high quality and very tasty, the food is also very fairly priced compared to the rest of Santorini. The breakfast box was every morning a nice surprise to start our day with! What made our stay even better, were the staff. Thank you Liliana and Penny for looking after us and making sure our stay was perfect :) Special thanks to the pool manager and bar tender Vangelis for the outstanding service. Martina & Alessandro

Very modern and clean, small hotel with only 12-15 rooms so no crowding and plenty of space around the pool for everyone. All staff were so friendly and helpful and it felt like they couldn’t do enough for us, in particular the ladies on reception and the man at the pool bar. We booked a honeymoon suite so had our own pool and balcony and it was perfect! So spacious and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Breakfast was brought to our room every day at whatever time we chose, never a minute late. Every day there was a variety of different types of eggs, pastries, fresh fruit and yoghurt, a selection of bread and jams etc. along with fresh coffee and orange juice. Again we couldn’t have asked for more! Location was about 15 minute walk/5 minute taxi from Imerovigli and around a 45 minute walk/10 minute taxi from Fira. This suited us fine as we were happy to walk/ get taxis to dinner locations in Fira every night and it was lovely and quiet around the hotel away from the big crowds of tourists you see in Fira & Oia.

The only thing was that on our first day we found quite a lot of ants on our bathroom floor

The hotel was beautiful, even better than in the pictures. The views from the pool were amazing. Breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely come again :)

EVERYTHING! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The staff was AMAZING and helped every single step of the way before and during our trip. The location was amazing for us as we wanted something a little more quiet but close enough to walk to town (15 minutes for dinner and amazing pictures and sunset). The breakfast was my husbands favorite part and was amazing every morning. SO WORTH IT! It’s in the side of an amazing sun rise if you’re up.

The staff were all amazing, so friendly and helpful whether it was bringing us water by the pool or helping to book restaurants, the hotel is great but the staff really made it 10/10

The road is not really walkable outside as there is no pavement

The hotel was modern and the suite we had was huge with a sofa and coffee table then extra large outside space comfortable bed and cleaned every day the staff we're super friendly but one person who made our stay extra special was vergellis the barman not only was his knowledge of drinks and cocktails outstanding but his personality was second to none the hotel are lucky to have such a lovely guy and as long as he's still there we'll be back thank you santanna 🥰

The place was unbelievably beautiful! So fresh and modern, great location close to the main areas but far enough way to have your peace and quiet at bed time. All staff were exceptionally kind, shout out to Vaggelis behind the bar who looked after us completely.

Very beautiful and clean property with wonderful staff! Stayed during a portion of our honeymoon and look forward to one day visiting again. The suites are modern and exude luxury through the design, amenities, and service. The daily breakfast box delivery was also tasty and a very nice touch. Views from the property, especially at sunrise, were amazing! It was a little too cool for us to enjoy our private pool, but it along with the larger one are also incredible features of this property. Property is near the hiking trail which we enjoyed, but overall is in a quieter part of the island. Highly recommend for a stay in Santorini!

Everything was perfect!! The staff were unmatched to anywhere we have stayed previously. They were so welcoming and kind + they even helped us with planning transport, tours etc around the island. 10 out of 10 service. The place was fantastic, rooms were clean, spacious and the bed was so comfy! Anyone traveling to Santorini, book this place, you won’t be disappointed!

The only negative was that to walk anywhere (which you need to) or get a taxi, but there are no pavements to walk on, the roads are very narrow and the cars drive fast. DO NOT walk at night, but this is normal of small Greek islands.

The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough to help, always happy and smiley and nothing was too much trouble. Iliana is an invaluable member of staff and made our whole experience exceptional and I can't thank her enough for making our engagement perfect! The pool and facilities are stunning, the views exceptional and the cleanliness and pride the staff have is second to none. I love that you get your breakfast delivered to your room and that it varies from day to day. Imerovigli is a 10 - 15 minute walk away, be aware it is up a steep hill, once in Imerovigli it is a beautiful walk down to Fira and everything is easily accessible. If I could give SantAnna suites more than 10 out of 10 I would!

Bathroom could use a few shelves for keeping toiletries.

Luxurious accommodations with sumptuous breakfast, great staff and a scenic location makes Santanna suites a great choice in Santorini. Driving to/from the hotel is easy with plenty of onsite parking. The deluxe suite was large with a queen bed and a extra long twin sofa bed. Lot of storage space and a decent bathroom. A small fridge and electric kettle were provided. Grocery store was 200 meters away. Short drive to Fira shopping district. Stick to main roads hugging the coast when driving in Santorini. Google map tends to push you into steep and narrow by lanes.

Ideally located (5 min from Imerovigli center) outside the caldera busy area. The hotel is very well maintained, with large rooms fully equiped. The staff is very professional, efficient and discrete. A special thank you to the bar tender and to our housekeeper for their kindness and for being so much customer focused. Breakfast is outstanding!

Not close to the tourist area . You need to get a taxi to Fira and Oia .

Only negative is that walking to the nearest town (Fira or Imerovigli) is hard. There are minimal sidewalks, the roads are narrow, & the cars drive fast. Taxis cost 35 Euro each way, no matter where you are going. Other than that, the property is amazing. Highly recommend!

This boutique hotel was luxurious and absolutely gorgeous. The facilities were clean, the customer service was excellent, and it was a great value. The free breakfast was a bonus & was delicious!
