bathroom wasn’t very clean, shower didn’t have walls so bathroom flooded when showering

cute exterior, and had a nice (small but nice) pool area. the staff were so lovely, we arrived really early after an overnight flight and they let us check in 3 hours early, which we were very grateful for. breakfast was average, room was clean. good location, too, short walk to bus station and Fira centre

The room was not that clean. The staff did not change the bedsheets once (we stayed for 4 nights) and they didn’t bring clean towels (and when we asked them, they forgot to bring one for me). I asked the hotel to put me and my partner in a room with a double bed, and even though my request was accepted by email, the room had 2 separate beds (that we had to connect in order to sleep together like we had planned). The shower was too small and had no curtain, which caused the water to drip on the bathroom floor.

The room had nice decor. The staff were friendly. There was free breakfast until 10.30 am.

I arrived at the island in the middle of the night. It worked perfectly fine to get access to the room anyway, and I am so grateful for that. The room was a little worn out and not super clean, but I was comfortable for a good night sleep. Clean linen and clean towels. I didn’t use the pool but it seemed to be nice. I also missed breakfast. I think the location is good too.

The signage indicating the location was broken and faded which meant we walked past it. The Manager didn't handle complaints very well. This was evident when we advised there was no water. After being out for the day, we came back to our room to have a shower and we couldn't. It was the same the next morning. This happened to us on the three days we stayed there.

The breakfast and location were fine.

Poor maintenance, uncomfortable shower, no cleaning, no new bedsheets for three nights, disappointing breakfast (couch and laptop at the dinning area made us feel like we were having breakfast at the staff’s room), the only staff member we saw could not speak neither Greek nor English.

The bathroom needs renovation. Point to note: They don't provide any water in the fridge so if you get there from a night flight you will be thirsty until morning! No electric kettle as in the description. 6/10.

Because of the atmosphere of the island (water salts, humidity, etc) there was some chronic damage in the bathroom equipment and it smelled funny.

We did not have any light in the room. No no chandelier on the ceiling, no any lamp on the table, nothing. We had to use the light from the bathroom. Bathroom was not really well situated, we had “flood” on the floor because they dont have any barrier there. But what was really weird that in reservation we had information that city tax is included and the man on the reception pushed us to pay it once again, so we did it.

Good location and they offered in the price the breakfast.

I paid in full through Booking.com, but the hotel receptionist added a 1.5€ fee per night. I think all fees should be included and shown upfront. Also, the toilet was very dirty and needs deep cleaning.

On the final day of my stay, there was a power outage in the morning. I couldn't boil water and use hair dryer. That was unpleasant.

A receptionist was kind. He asked me if there was some problems or something to ask. He taught me the way how to get bus station kindly. The room was clean and a picture painted on the wall was santorini-ish.

The overall cleaning could be much better. The shower didn't seem to be cleaned at all, the bin wasn't emptied after the previoud guest.

Bathroom showers were uncomfortable and the curtains are poorly placed. The pool was unusable. (Winter) and it is located in the valley, not on the cliff side of the island.

Basically there is no reception at all. I went to the hotel near noon, the office was closed and the sign stated that the check in time is from 2:00PM to midnight. Well, when I returned around 8:00PM, still the office was locked, and I had to yell at the guests who happen not sleep yet to get the staff to let me in.

The price was good .The room was light and artsy with good views.The proprietor was friendly and helped with our luggage to the taxi when we left.

Despite saying in the main description that a breakfast is served daily, and I attached a screenshot of the description in Booking.com saying this exact thing in the pictures, they said to me on arrival there was no breakfast because it is not served in the winter and that it was mentioned that in the details of my reservation. If it says on the main description breakfast is served daily, and does not mention winter or summer, we should assume it is indeed daily and not seasonal. This was one of the main factors when making my reservation and a big letdown

The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The pool area is tiny (but that is clearly shown on the pictures so it was not a surprise).

The staff were friendly and personable. The rooms feel very private the way they are spread across the property. It's what I expected of a 2 star hotel.
