The rooms were spotless, with an excellent view of the hotel garden, the local church, and the sea. The team hosted us exceptionally, providing a good breakfast each morning, towels to go to the beach, and an immaculate room daily. The location was great, a ten minute walk to the beach (maximum), as well as Sophie providing great recommendations of where to eat and visit. I could not recommend the hotel more and would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved staying at Santa Elena, Sofia made me feel at home from the very first day of my stay. The place is very clean and peacful, with a beautiful garden and the pool overlooking the sea. The location is just perfect as it’s away from the hussle and bassle, with a short walking distance to the beach and the bus stop for buses that go to Fira (every 30min). The breakfast is always served fresh with veg, fruit and home made local specialies made in-house. I cannot think of a better place to stay in Santorini ❤️ Thank you for everything Sofia🙏🏻💕🇬🇷

We arrived late after flight changes. Sophia was so gracious to arrange transfer, alter transport times, kindly check us in late & offer advice on walking to the nearby beach. The black beach & full moon was just beautiful as was everything at Santa Elena. Would definitely stay agin (& stay longer) here!

I’d be hard-pressed to say there was anything I didn’t like about the property

What was there not to like about the property?! It was so comfortable and Sophia and her brother made everything magical. The walk to the beach was lovely and quick. Breakfast was amazing with homemade pastries each morning different made by Sophia herself. Her brother made sure, I had every thing I needed, as well as her. He helped me book tours and help me with connections. They were both so gracious and welcoming. It made me feel like I had a home away from home. Santorini was truly a piece of heaven and they make it so.

A little hard to find at night- sat nav directed us incorrectly, but some very helpful locals escorted us to the hotel!

Staff were wonderful- we arrived late and they were there to greet us. Everyone was so helpful. The room and common areas were very clean. Pool was lovely and really quite large .

Our stay at Santa Elena was brilliant. Sophia and her brother were very helpful and friendly. They gave us loads of tips of what we could do around Santorini including good restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic - Sophia bakes it all herself. The room was comfortable and was well-cleaned everyday. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and on the balcony. The location was perfect as it was quiet but an easy walk to nearby restaurants, shops and the beach. We will definitely recommend Santa Elena and would love to return!

Everything is perfect! Sofia, the hostess, is incredible, she and other staff members are very helpful. It's a max 10min walk to the beach, and it's very close to the bus station. Great breakfast and clean rooms. I am definitely planning on staying here again ❤️

Before I visited Santorini I didn't have any expectations or knowledge of the location which made me a tad bit anxious. That anxiety was laid to rest by the staff of Santa Elena. They were courteous, respectful, caring, and attentive to all our needs. Yannis and his sister Sofia are some of the best hosts I've had the pleasure of meeting during my travels. To any would-be travelers to Santorini, I recommend beyond a shadow of a doubt, to book a stay in Santa Elena.

Quiet and relaxed vibe, lovely pool & comfy sun beds. Sophia was so kind and incredibly helpful before and during our stay - she helped us with the airport transfer & what to do/ where to go during our trip. The rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast was fab! There were gluten free options for breakfast (we made sure to leave a request when booking). It was a short walk (max. 10 mins) to the beach and a wide choice of restaurants, plus a 5 minute walk to the open air cinema. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

The rooms are really clean, the balcony is amazing. You have all you need in the room plus the pool size is perfect for the hotel capacity. Sofia was amazing, she is like a small encyclopaedia for Santorini and not only; she is looking after each guest needs. Definitely coming back! 🇬🇷💙

Apart from breakfast there is no food or drink available. Shops bars and restaurants are a 15 min walk under the hot Greek sun. Bath/shower rooms are quite tight.

Santa Elena is a fabulous family run hotel. Yannis and his sister Sophia are always on hand to book taxis give information and solve any problems. The king-size beds are so comfortable with excellent pillows and extras are available on request.

Everything about the hotel was fabulous, Sophia & team can't do enough for you! The rooms are lovely and comfortable, clean towels everyday. The breakfast is lovely, good selection on offer to cater for everyone.

Everything is exceptional, the only slight disadvantage is perhaps that the hot/cold water in the shower is sometimes unpredictable when one tries to regulate it but that's nothing compared to all the advantages of this place.

Although the hotel is located on the edge of Kamari, the location is still great for getting to all the main sights and the beach. The rooms, the view from them, and the breakfasts are remarkable. The administration is wonderful and is always willing to help with any issue. It's a place you will always want to return to!

Santa Elena Hotel is a perfect location in Santorini. The facilities are great, and the swimming pool is very clean, offering beautiful views from the balconies. Bearkfast has a variety of options. Sofia is very kind and explained all of santorini's attractions to us upon our arrival. I highly recommend this hotel.
