United StatesThe air conditioning was a bit weak. A little hot in the room. Not sure the connection between the hotel itself and the restaurant onsite. Can't pay for your meals/drinks through the hotel so they are connected but they are not. Odd that you stay at a hotel and in order to reserve a beach chair/umbrella you have to purchase a certain amount at the restaurant/bar. Didn't like that.
The food was very good, although a bit on the pricey side. Given, Santorini itself is a bit expensive. The staff at the restaurant was excellent. Very helpful, friendly, attentive. Bobby, the driver and overall hotel assistant is friendly, attentive, super nice. Maria at check in was wonderful.

United StatesA couple issues came up during our stay. There was an empty beer can in our Cave Villa Pool which made me feel like it’s not regularly cleaned after every guest stay. Also, even though we had the Do not Disturb propped on the door, cleaning staff still went in while we were gone and cleaned. The issue we had was that all the a/c was turned off when they clean and windows were opened while we were gone which left the room extremely hot and little bugs were able to come in. It was extremely hot during our stay so was hoping to come back to a cool room but we didn’t.
Restaurant was great. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. A nice and quiet property. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This stay was better than I had anticipated! Our room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Having two pool options was also very nice. A special mention to Maria from the front desk who was very professional, helpful and friendly. She truely made our experience even better. She even helped us book a day cruise, Port transfers, and ATV rental. The location of the suites was close to the town centre approximately 10min walk. And overall I would highly recommend San Marino Suites, and thank them for a lovely stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and Katsaboo was perfect. Really friendly staff who create a warm and welcoming environment. Good location, only 10 minutes from the centre and 10 minutes to the airport via car/taxi.

United KingdomWe think that the room should have a small table and chairs inside as there is nowhere to sit together and have a drink (tea, coffee, alcohol). Despite having the loungers outside, there was nowhere to sit at a table together... unless... you go and sit in the restaurant directly oppositeand this is the biggest gripe. The restaurant/bar is situated outside our room, and on Friday night, it played music until 1am! It was a beautiful bar/restaurant but it is owned by a separate company and they charge for the sun loungers in the pool in frot of the restaurant (not the top pool lougers) So despite being lovely you felt unable to use this area during our stay... even sitting on our terrace, we felt that it was expected that we buy from their bar. We ate there once. It was pretty expensive. We asked if the milkshake had ice cream in it. We were told it did when it didn't. We got served a pretty poor milkshake and were charged €9 !!! I ordered a club sandwich which looked the part but didn't taste great. Just our experience, but we didn't go back. We loved the hotel, but the location around this pool area, despite having great views, was not very private nor appropriate for us. We didn't like the notices saying we couldn't eater drink our own food at either of the pool areas either.
We loved the location and the staff. Especially Maria on reception who was excellent. Maria was extremely helpful and informative throughout our stay. The location was away from the busy Fira Centre but only a short walk away. The quality of the room' and grounds was excellent. The rooms were clean and towels were changed when we wanted with plenty of toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great and provided good hot water. The loungers outside on the balcony were good also. We got good sunshine around the top pool and relaxed for one the days there for several hours.

Loved everything about the property! We were in 117 down by the lower pool and restaurant with a view of the sea. The room itself was perfect! And the best shower ever!! The staff were always very helpful & friendly! The restaurant, Katsaboo, was beautiful with amazing food & staff. We met the chef! She is very talented! Location in Fira was perfect for us!

Location was great, very close to the Fira. Staff were amazing, made you feel at home, very warm and welcoming! Food at Katsaboo was delicious, I enjoyed every meal and every drink! Thank you guys for an amazing experience! The room was spacious, good view and cleaned daily.
