The property is really beautiful and provides a good amount of privacy. It was clean and professionally maintained. All modern convenience will be available. The host thinks of everything. We were also pleased at how large the personal pool was. Views of ocean at your front door. Another huge plus was the location. It’s a 10 minute walk to the center of Oia where all the attractions are. Tassos was a gracious and responsive host.

Everything was excellent!!

I booked the villa as a gift to my sister before she gets married. The villa was absolutely amazing, clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. We arrived at midnight and Tassos the host had a pizza ready and waiting, as well as being there to welcome us. I have to say this experience was pure bliss. The views and privacy you get with this villa is unmatched! Use of the pool whenever you want, a beautiful shower and comfortable bed. All credit goes to the brilliant host Tassos. Tassos did everything to make sure we were happy and comfortable and he was extremely respectful and professional. Tassos’ wife even suffered an injury during our stay, but still Tassos went above and beyond to make sure the service was still excellent. I am so so happy to have booked this villa and cannot recommend enough.

Without a doubt the best place I have ever stayed. The villa is absolutely stunning - everything is so high quality and the attention to detail is incredible. The view!!!! Just breathtaking. Absolutely loved everything about the Villa. Tassos was exceptional and cared for every little detail. He made our little family trip so much more relaxing by recommending family friendly beaches, where to eat, get the best view of the sunset... It was a nice change as a Mum to a toddler it is always difficult to make sure you plan everything but Tassos made it so convenient and has great knowledge about the area and things to do in general. The breakfast was incredible every morning! The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. The room was decorated when we arrived as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and he opened opened a bottle of wine for our welcome.

This villa is 10/10. It's hard to put into words how AWESOME our stay at St John's villa in Oia was. Firstly, the owner and host (Tassos, his wife and child) are incredibly lovely. They communicate always to make sure we (couple aged 40) are happy and feel at home even before arriving at the villa from London. They helped with booking beautiful restaurants (with prime spot locations with views) and helped with booking excursions. The property itself is 10/10. It's actually better than the photos. It is located in a wonderful location just 12 minute walk to the main hotshots in Oia but it is like its in its own quiet oasis away from all the tourist noise. Plus, you get to experience the beautiful sunsets from the via sitting by the pool. The property is extremely clean, modern and stylish. We've travelled all over the world, and I can say that this property is in the top 5 of properties we've stayed at. It is very spacious and you have a view of the sea plus you're surrounded by beautiful olive treats. Breakfast is so lovely and Tassos and his wife make it daily and deliver it to your villa at your chosen time. There is a choice of about a dozen meals to chose from. For lunch and dinner, you can either order and it will be delivered or you can go out for a meal in main town Oia. Overall, we loved our stay so much that we'll be returning. We'll also be recommending this villa to our friends and family to visit Santorini and making amazing memories. This place is ideal for couples and couples with a small child. Everything was amazing! It exceeded my expectations so much, we ended up spending most of our time in the villa instead of exploring! The beds were comfy, the pool was the perfect temperature & cleaned daily, the place was well decorated and fully equipped with everything you need. Whilst very close to Oia (a 10 minute walk) it is worth noting that it is a very steep hill. This was more than worth it for us for space and views but worth considering if you plan to walk into the centre.

Our stay with Tassos for our Honeymoon was fantastic. The villa is absolutely lovely and a very good size. The terrace with sea views is especially nice - loads of room to relax and an excellent size pool. In contrast to the very busy Oia- it felt like our own private oasis. I would take this villa over any hotel in central Oia. Included breakfast was amazing - excellent selection of food delivered to you fresh every day. Eating on the terrace each morning was one of the highlights of our day. The host Tassos went above and beyond during our stay. Booking reservations, food to the villa and giving general advice. Anything at all we needed was catered for at a moments notice. It made the stay feel truly special. A huge amount of thought has been put into the amenities at the villa with everything you might need available for you.

We loved everything

Complete privacy, huge space with your own private pool and sun beds. The rooms itself was spacious with separate sleeping and lounge areas, which is rare to come by in Santorini. The location is a 10 min walk away from Oia. Some other reviews suggest it’s a steep walk up to Oia but you will find this everywhere in Santorini, the walk was not a problem for us at all and we did it multiple times a day. We had private massages by the pool and a great breakfast everyday. Tassos, the villa manager was on standby 24/7 for us, anything we wanted, he would deliver for example, car rentals, car transfers, daily itineraries with Google maps directions, even insights to car parking close to the main tourist attractions. He booked all our reservations at restaurants that were completely booked out on websites and got us front row tables to watch the sunsets. The villa was equipped with portable chargers and hotspot data that we could take out with us, beach towels, slippers, robes and so much more. It’s a more personal experience here and we loved every minute. Thank you Tassos for having us!

The only thing I would have liked is if the villa was located closer to the caldera however we would have lost the peacefulness with a location closer to town.

Not a single thing!

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s about a 15 minute walk uphill to Oia main downtown and we did this multiple times a day and didn’t have to rent a car at all. The thing about this location is about 5 minutes away on the walk home you’re transported to total privacy. When you’re at the villa it’s like you’re on your own island. The view is out of this world pictures don’t do it justice at all. The magic is Tassos! He will do anything and everything to make sure your stay is perfect. He is so kind and the best host. He was happy to make reservations for restaurants for you and I felt like he had extra pull to get us the best seats and the best views. This was the best place to spend a private honeymoon :) we loved everything so much. Aggelikki was also wonderful and always made sure the room was perfect and clean everyday. Breakfast was delicious and so filling. There is coffee in the room you can make too! We loved it and felt completely safe and relaxed.

The property is unbelievably nice, comfortable, and privat. We were calling it “home” after the first day. The host was so responsive and concerned with us having a good time - he arranged so many things from transportation, food reservations, and massages. His recommendations and suggestions as a Santorini native were very welcomed and made our experience beyond what we expected.

This was without a doubt the best place I've ever stayed at. Not only because of the beauty of the villa but because of Tassos the owner. We were here on our honeymoon, our flight got delayed by 12 hours and he was so helpful and understanding. Our bags were missing for the first 2 days of our trip and we wouldn't have been able to communicate with the airline without Tassos. That was just the start going above and beyond. He recommended some amazing things like a sunset sail and private car tour. He also provided ample vegan options for my wife. If you get any other place to stay you'll just be another customer, if you stay here you'll have a friend. 12 days of pure bliss, a once in a lifetime experience.

Nothing! Tassos asked us on our departure for feedback/recommendations of how to improve...but I genuinely couldn't think of a single thing we would alter. It really is perfect just as it is!!!!

Everything was absolutely PERFECT from the moment we booked until the moment we left! Outstanding Communication - Tassos (the owner) contacted us straight after booking with a host of recommendations for resteraunts, beaches, sailing trips and so much more! This helped us to get the very best out of our stay. Not only did he provide all of the information, he also booked and arranged everything for us. On arrival at the villa, Tassos was there to welcome us and show us around. He had ordered us a pizza and Greek salad accompanied with a chilled bottle of wine - very much appreciated after our journey! Throughout our stay, Tassos kept in touch via WhatsApp to ask what time we would like breakfast and what our choices were from the menu. He also reminded us of our resteraunt reservations in the evening. Stunning villa - The villa looks amazing in the photos however it is even more beautiful in reality. The setting is SO peaceful and relaxing. We were not disturbed by a single soul - despite it being located only a 10 minute walk from the busy Oia. It is spacious and very clean - in fact it is absolutely spotless! The pool is a great size and the perfect temperature. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well every night. The views are incredible - from the pool you can gaze out at the ocean and from the roof terrace you see out into the distance. Above and beyond 5*!! The location, the villa itself and the fantastic service from Tassos definitely make this a 5* vacation. However, some touches to our holiday took it even further and added extra to our stay. A delicious breakfast was brought to the terrace each morning by the friendly Aggaliki. The food was warm and tasty. Whilst eating outside, she cleaned the villa to a high standard. She replaced towels, made up the bed, washed dishes and glasses and even restocked the fridge with bottled water. Another extra we enjoyed was the wine selection.
