We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This is the best hotel i have been in Athens and i have been in quite a lot. The location is the best you just go down staires and you are in the center of every thing.. Break fast was generous and lovely. Our room was upgrated and we rnjoyed ig so much as it was big and wiew to the city and quite. I am sure we will stay there again

United States of AmericaThe view from the room was not nice. Although our room had a big and very comfortable terrace there was nothing worth to look at. This is an aspect that was not disclosed about the room features or facilities.
The room, the bed, the pillows were excellent; we had a suite that was very comfortable and super clean. The girls at the front desk were kind, knwoledgeable and helpful. Not so the person at the terrace were we had breakfast. Breakfast was good; for the size of the hotel it was alright.

United States of AmericaSince it was a Friday night, the streets were very loud later at night after the bars closed down.
The hotel was a very short walk to the market and the many restaurants. There was a rooftop bar that had a good view of the Acropolis and the waiter was very friendly. The hotel also booked our rides from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port, which made the travel much less stressful.

United KingdomThe bathroom was a wet room and we had to use all our towels to stop the water running in to the bedroom. The wash basin was a very poor design that was hard to use because the tap had very little control and there was no sink plug.
The rooftop area was great but the bathroom had a lot to be desired. Design over substance.

The location was perfect. There is a view of the Parthenon from the roof terrace. Grace and her team were so helpful and friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff, breakfast team and the cleaners all went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

The location and the breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and there is a nice roof terrace where you can enjoy a drink with a nice view of monasteraki square.

IsraelThe A.C better blankets could be nice. The a.c is so weird, you put on 20°c you don't feel anything until you suddenly freeze. Anyways could sleep better if didn't need to get up to turn it off early in the morning every night. The room gets warm very quickly. Other then that the hotel is perfect
The location is amazing, right next to everything, bakeries, coffee places, main squares, restaurants, supermarkets and the market, amazing location and really nice stuff.
