This was a great find in Perissa, honestly, I would recommend this place to any traveler (solo/couple/group of friends or family). The room was a good size and the palette of colors used in the room was refreshing. The room was equipped with all the basic amenities including a nice sitting space outside the room, a kitchen and basic toiletries. The room was cleaned as per your request, so it was always well maintained. The location is good, access to a lot of small markets, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. There is a beach nearby, which can be reached by foot; or you can use the hotel's pool. Additionally, there is a bus stop close by in case you would like to go to any other places within Santorini (e.g., to Fira, Oia, etc. Just have cash ready, they don't accept cards). The staff (Sissy and friends) were fantastic, I think they definitely contribute to the charm of the place and what made the whole experience special. We didn’t want towels everyday but the cleaners kept going in anyway (left clean room sign indoors) and made up our sofa into a bed!! and twice while we were around the pool locked us out of the room.

Wow, what an amazing time we had. What a lovely villa, and the hosts were exceptionally friendly. Felt very much at home at the villa. I'd highly recommend anyone stay at this accommodation. I'm already missing my time here so much.

This was one of the loveliest places I’ve ever stayed. The rooms were clean, the property in general was just gorgeous. The best part was the staff- they make you feel like family immediately. Can’t wait to come back!

It’s a beautiful family-owned Villa. They were all so helpful and nice. They always had a smile on their face and their recommendations about what to do, when and where were the best. We had an amazing time staying here and we will definitely come back and stay a Roula Villa. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and it is so close to Perissa beach.

Being a bit picky but the towels weren’t very soft! Otherwise there was nothing we didn’t like at all, had a fabulous time!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, being a family run hotel they really cared. The pool was small but peaceful at the time were there. The location is fantastic, only a few minutes walk from Perissa beachfront, which is lovely in the evening because traffic is not allowed along the beach front road and you can dine in one of the many lovely restaurant listening to the waves lapping just metres away.

As we went to the beach and pool daily, our towels were drying 24/7. We had to improvice a bit, but we managed to dry out swimsuits and towels. This was a small price to pay for the silence and peace of the room downstairs.

People at Roula Villa were super nice! We felt very welcome from the minute we arrived. Sissy helped us to get around the island and arranged everything we needed. Location is superb! We had booked a car from airport to Roula Villa and drive took less than 30min. We visited other cities on the Island, but Perissa is the best! Perissa wasn't very crowded early June and black beach is great for swimming also with kids. It takes only few minutes to walk from Roula Villa to the beach and bus station to Fila is just around the corner. We like to make breakfast ourselves and 2 super markets were close by. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Pool was excellent for kids to swim and for us adults to rest. We got studio from downstairs which we liked a lot. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms and we found from the room everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and thanks to powerful A/C we all slept like babies.

Perrissa was the perfect location and the Roula Villa could not have been in a better location. We absolutely loved our stay here and wished we would have stayed longer. It is a family owned property and they made us feel like family! We wish we could go back for Angelo’s birthday in September ♥️♥️♥️

My only downside was that because the rooms are around the pool in a courtyard, sound carries a lot. So a morning I was trying to sleep in I was woken up despite earplugs to kids in the pool right at 9am when it opened.

The staff was so nice and welcoming. It felt like I had known them for years. They gave great recommendations for things to see and informative about car and bus options. I loved the location away from the congestion of Fira, but it was super close (5 minute walk) to a lovely beach with plenty of restaurant options. It was great to be able to sit by the pool have a drink and relax.
