We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Apartmant was super clean, host cleaned it every 3 days, changed sheets and towels also. Host was super kind and pleasant. Every recomendation for this apartment. It was very quiet and the garden outside was relaxing for morning coffe.

House, garden, apartment and every detail in accommodation is carefully selected and maintained to please and fulfill all needs that someone might have during his vacation. BulgariaThe apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and everything in it seems brand new. We were impressed by how every detail had been carefully thought of and we felt right at home. There is a functional, well equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, nice sitting and dining area, as well as a patio, overlooking mr. Sakis’ beautiful garden. The whole place was spotless and cleaned regularly. The apartment is located quite close to the center of Lefkada town (15 - 20 minutes on foot) in a very peaceful and quite area. A private parking is available. There is a decent beach within walking distance, but the location is also an excellent starting point to explore the most beautiful beaches on the island, provided you have a car. The most famous ones are approximately 1h - 1h 30m away. The host and his family were amazingly hospitable and very considerate, taking great care of us while respecting our privacy. We can’t wait to come back!

RomaniaWI-FI needs some improvements if you depend on it for work, speed is low and disconnects a lot of the time, but this may be an issue with internet in Lefkada overall, not property related. 😬
We stayed 10 days here. The apartment is great, very big and clean. Garden is beautiful and full of trees. The hosts are extremely helpful and nice people. Overall a great experience and definitely will come back in the future ☺️
