Water leakage from walk-in shower always spilling out on floor.

Location. Very close to beach and beach bars. Pleasant walk into the village along beach walk way. Booked a quad room which was very comfortable. It had private patio.

All staff was very friendly, but the guy serving drinks on the beach should smile sometimes.

Very good breakfast with lots of variety, clean room (junior suite - 2 adults, 2 kids), friendly staff, good food for lunch or dinner, reasonable prices. Environmental friendly hotel (the airco in the room was not working if the terrace door was open, which makes absolute sense. After all one would try to lower the temperature in the room, not on the outside terrace). Private beach with free umbrellas and sunbeds. Sufficient chairs, tables and sunbeds at the pool. Perfect location for a stay with kids.

The key for the door was a bit smashed and a bit difficult to open, but not a very big deal.

Everting was perfect. Breakfast very good. Dinner even better - fantastic. Great location- free parking, safety. Very clean, no mosquitoes on the property. Family hotel for sure but very pleasant for couples also. Service - excellent. Beach - great. Worth the money. EVEN HAS BULGARIAN TV!! 😂 feels like home

Coffee on the breakfast was horrible..likely there was cafe machine in the room, so we could have cafe on our terrace.

Hotel is older, but everything was clean a ok. We had new mesonet room, which was very nice, modern and confortable. Beach was just on front of the hotel, sunbeds available for based on consumation. Sandy beach, but enter to the water was full of stones. Stavros city is very crowded in the evening..shops, bars, restaurants.

The only thing I didn't like was that our room was opposite the breakfast restaurant and from 8 to 9 o'clock there was a very loud noise from the forks and chairs. But still I recommend the hotel! It is wonderful and I will gladly go there again!

Towels for the beach not available. You need to order drinks on the beach in order to get sun beds. Lowest price of the drink is 3.5 Euro.

Swimming pool of decent size and very clean. Sun beds always available. Beach is very near. Service was ok and all were very polite. Parking place available.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had an air conditioner. The water in the swimming pool was warm and clean. The food was very delicious. Thank you for the super receipt of Musaka!

Love all. Probably the sea view was a bit aside from the luxury rooms, but the rooms had a great balcony. Also, the tub was stuffed in the bathroom, a wrong revelation, and was licking outside. I believe they could make it better not to be so wet in the bathroom. But there was a nice towel for the floor, so everything was OK. Also, it is good to know that the restaurant only eats the groups for dinner. Next to the pool is the dinner for everyone else, which I prefer and is nicer.

The luxury rooms are spacious and the same there are shown in the picture. Really modern, amazing and with a large balcony. The swimming pool is amazing as well. We love to have our lunch or dinner next to the swimming pool. Great food and nice staff. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of choices. There were bacon & eggs, croissants, continental breakfast, fruits, cereals, coffee, cappuccino, teas and juice. So I love the breakfast :)

The terrace is not private and is actually a part of the conmon area, which is why you have less privacy and more noise.

Excellent breakfast, it could use different options however everything is clean and freshly prepared. Distance from the sandy Beach is almost negligible.

Our room had a view of the street, which is very noisy, especially in the morning and evening. The hotel's septic tank is on the same side and there is a smell
