The views were outstanding! The street level access made moving our luggage easy. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating with breakfast being suprisingly delicious. The receptionist/general manager was extremely helpful and lovely to be around. The rooms were a great size with a comfortable bed. The shower/bathroom area was clean and modern.

Breakfast was OK in the attached restaurant, but not available until 9am. We would have preferred a choice - odd to have no idea what you will receive and then be given a plateful of pastries and (sometimes undercooked) fried eggs every day - rather than be offered scrambled, poached, boiled, omelette - or indeed fruit and yoghurt. We did not eat other meals there as it was way above our budget! We did have a coffee there while waiting for our room and the waiter was very pushy for a tip even though it cost more than twice the price of anywhere else on our trip! Only a tiny point, but the shower was a bit dark - the bathroom only had a light above the sink, nothing in the shower section.

The view was of course amazing! Our room was lovely with a nice little balcony from which to enjoy the room. Nice dressing area and bathroom. Safe and tea/coffee facilities. The lady who booked us in and arranged our transfers to/from the hotel was lovely and very helpful & efficient; a real asset to the hotel. Cleaners also did an excellent job. Santorini is an expensive island so we thought the value was good for this great location. Taxis can drop you 2 mins walk away and no steps until you enter the property and then depend on which room you are in.

The view was absolutely breathtaking. I had a view of the caldera from my room /balcony, and I would just sit there, taking it all in. Also, Evangelina with reception is a lovely person who was always checking to make sure I had everything I needed. Every morning, Vasilis , my server at the restaurant, welcomed me warmly and was very attentive to my needs. He frequently checked to see if I needed more coffee. After the first morning when I asked for more creamer, he remembered and brought me additional creamer on succeeding days. The room and the whole property were also very, very clean !

There is not much we didn't like. The only minor issue was the hair dryer stopped working after the 2d time using it. But that was a minor issue. Everything else was great.

The location was perfect! Near the main square of Firostefani and only a few steps to do. The views were magnificent! The breakfast was wonderful and staff was super friendly and helpful.

The wifi in the room was a bit unreliable and would 'fall off' quite frequently but this wasn't a major issue for us.

We were given a lovely welcome by Evengelina who manages Remvi Suites. She really was delightful. So helpful and friendly. Organised a cab to collect us from the airport which was just perfect for when we arrived and didn't know Santorini at all. She was a visible presence around the suites if anyone needed anything - and she would greet us and other guests every morning to ask us how we were as well as recommending places to go and things to do - which was quite useful especially on those very windy days! The room with its private terrace was extremely nice - and had everything we needed. It also benefited from the most breath-taking views! I have to say it was truly wonderful to wake up each morning and look out at the sea and the islands. Just perfect! We had a lovely lady clean our room each day - and it was so nice to return to a super tidy room at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. :-) The breakfast was good - although we both felt it would have been nice to have a bit of variety over the 5 days of our stay. However, you can order additional items from the restaurant menu if you do want alternatives such as fruit, etc. The service provided at breakfast was always fast, friendly and with a great smile from the manager/owner. To make the experience even better, you enjoyed the same fabulous views for the sea from your table. The Remvi Suites in Firostefani are in a great location - as aside from those incredible views - it is easy to walk down into the capital, Fira - but it is also nice to staying somewhere away from all the hubbub of the main town. After a superb week, we would 100% recommend Remvi as a place to stay. A great base for anyone's holiday to the beautiful island of Santorini.

Lovely property with exceptional views over the ocean from Fira to Oia. Watching the sunset from our private balcony was exactly what we wanted. Evangelica was welcoming and helpful from our arrival. We even got a dinner discount when she booked a reservation for us. Location was perfect. Breakfast in the restaurant and added bonus. Book it. Great value for money.
