Only thing is the balcony and outdoor heated hot tub is not same as photos mentioned. They said thats because they have a few rooms with same description. A bit disappointment on this but the others all are so good!

The hotel host and staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us book for dinner places too. Room is clean. Breakfast is fantastic! Our room has a very nice view with sunset view! They welcomed us with coffee and allow us to use the facilities before the check in time.

If you don’t like steps Santorini is not for you!!

The staff were amazing, the location was superb and the view unrivalled, highly recommend staying here. It’s very private and quiet compared to the busyness of other parts of Santorini.

Nothing - truly a perfect stay!

We loved everything about Regina Mare - the location and views are simply spectacular, in the quiet but welcoming village of Imerovigli with uninterrupted views over the caldera and Oia to the north. The sunsets over Thirassi are to die for! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, it always felt like nothing was too much trouble. And the food and drinks were brilliant - enjoying breakfast on our balcony was a real highlight of the trip (try the homemade cake!). My wife has a severe gluten intolerance and the staff were great at helping us find the right options for her. We will be back as soon as possible. Efcharisto!

Internet speed is not the strongest point of the premise.

Splendid view, very clean, great location. The services are excellent (yeah, the breakfeast in front of Caldera is a big +) and the staff is very professional and friendly. Big thanks to Jenny who is very helpful and customer's satisfaction oriented. I spent a very pleasant week. I higly recommend Regina Mare to everyone who wish a relaxing and unforgetable week.

The property is not accessible by road and requires climbing up and down an incline.

Hardly any shade, so it was hard to sit by the pool during the day. It can be very windy island so unable to have the umbrellas. Could hardly find any shade on the island at all!

Location, view, friendly staff and Host, good recommendations of things to do and places to eat. You have to eat at Fico! It was super lovely just up the road. Pool was a nice touch.

Only sad we couldn’t stay longer

We got upgraded to the superior room at their sister boutique hotel upon arrival. Absolutely beautiful space with only 9 suites. Felt so pampered and luxurious with a beautiful spa onsite. Staff was very accommodating, always present and very friendly. Excellent place to stay with beautiful views. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast on the patio overlooking the Caldera. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Noisy dehumidifier/aircon. Some of the downstairs room are less private but didn’t bother us.

I loved the location, a beautiful spot in Imerovigli with amazing and uninterrupted caldera views. Unlike some hotels in the area, the hotel feels private and tranquil without being remote as it’s tucked just below the main Oia - Fira path. The communal pool is nice and staff are lovely.

All was perfect!

From the first moment until the last moment everything was great! The staff, actually I cannot call them staff because now they are mu friends! It was also the bday of my boyfriend and they all came and sang HBD with a delicious big cake! Thank you for the memories!

We do not have anything negative to say in our case but if you have any concern going up and down stairs please be warned that in order to access the property at its prime location you do have to go down 70-90 stairs.

The air conditioning did not work at all in one of our rooms and did not work for 1 night in our other room. This was reported to staff. The pool water over spilled onto the side of the pool, would not be an issue other than the rooms at right by the pool and therefore this meant we walked water and dirt into our room.

Obviously the view was amazing. In addition the staff were brilliant: the team that collects your cases and carries them down 100+ steps to the hotel.

NOTHING! But I will put a warning in here that if you have physical disabilities or are not in good shape, this is not the place for you. To get to this wonderful hotel requires a lot of stairs and there is no lift. It's possible the hotel porters could carry you down and up just like they moved our luggage but probably too scary to go down stairs on someone's back. This location has everything you could want so no need to go up and down to get to the village if you don't want to but I had no idea of the stairs when booking. We need to go back again before we are unable to do the stairs because it was so worth the effort.

The view is simply amazing. This hotel is one of the furthest down the cliff so all you see in front of you is the caldera. Sunsets are a must see event. From the site, you really don't get a good idea of this hotel. Pulled up in rental car and could not find hotel so i called and they sent porters up to help with luggage. Service at this hotel was the best! Gourmet breakfast served at your room every morning so you can start the day with a beautiful view and great food. The hotel manager and staff were incredibly accommodating and happy to interact with.

It's a little pricy, but what to expect with the spectacular veiw they have. The rooms are a little small, and had only one plugg in the wall where we could charge all of our devices. This is nitpicking, but had to be mentioned in todays society where everyone has at least 2 devices each that needs charging.

The lady that greeted us was super nice, and accomodating. We reeived a free bottle of wine, and fruit in out room uppon arrival. Also they offered to carry our luggage up and down very long and many stairs. We had a very nice time here, and the breakfast brought to our room was amazing! This place is top noch. Out view of the sun setting into the ocean was unrivaled. I liked the sunset from our room even more than watching it from Oia.

We loved our stay. The team at the hotel were delightful and extremely committed to making us comfortable. They helped us with our luggage, organized a taxi, and did all the little things with care. Our favourite memory will be eating breakfast with that stunning caldera view - nothing like it. The room was also very modern and comfortable - couldn't ask for more.
