The location was simply stunning. The breakfasts were amazing. The staff were super helpful, efficient and nice. The pool was fabulous. It is a magnificent hotel.

We would like to thank Jenny and the staff who were so helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was very clean, a comfortable bed and a balcony with a magnificent view over the caldera. There is plenty of choice for breakfast which is served on your balcony. The pool is big enough for a swim which was welcome at the end of the day. We definitely recommend this hotel.

There are many steps to climb, but it is Santorini terrain; comfortable shoes are a must.

We had a wonderful time staying at this amazing cave hotel. Luxury and comfortable accommodation throughout with attention to every details, made this one of a lifetime experience. The quintessential view of the caldera and sunset from the terrace left us with memories that we will cherish forever. The entire staff has to be recognized for the continuous care that they have given us and especially to the wonderful manager Jenny who made us feel so welcome and kindly went the extra mile to give us the best experience possible. Honestly - there was nothing we didn't like! We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend Regina Mare!

The staff were incredible - Belan, Ali, and Moset provided unbelievable service on a daily basis! Jenny and Roland were amazing hosts that were readily available and eager to help with touring tips and suggestions. Communication upon arrival was excellent - they helped to arrange shuttle services to and from the airport, plus arranged for an ATV rental. We can not say enough about the spectacular staff at Regina Mare! Location was top notch - breath-taking views, private and quiet - we loved this adults only property. Breakfasts were awesome - and the head chef was very accomodating with our morning fitness schedule! We loved the Greek yogurt with granola, granola, nuts and honey! Delicious! We loved the daily menu selection to avoid waste and receive generous portions of what we liked.

The only thing that was somewhat challenging was finding the location. If you have never been to the Greek islands and stayed at one of these iconic hotels it can be an interesting adventure trying to find your hotel. There are many hotels all in the same area and they are down these extremely long and somewhat perilous staircases. Once you find your destination it is amazing but the instructions are not very clear.

The customer service in Greece is general some of the best I've experienced in all of Europe. I find that Europeans are generally better than Americans when it comes to customer service in hotels and restaurants, but Greece is definitely the best I've seen so far. The shocking part of our trip was arriving to the hotel very high up the cliff and trying to figure out how we were going to get a bunch of very heavy luggage bags down more than 100 stairs to the hotel location. The hotel promptly sent up some guys they have on staff and they insisted on carrying all of our luggage down. These were small but strong wiry guys who were each carrying a bag on one shoulder and carrying another in their free hand ... heavy bags. We had a double room and it was small but very comfortable.

The breakfast gets abit boring especially during a 7 nights stay here. We was expecting watermelon since other greek islands we have been to always served watermelon during this time of year. However the greek yogurt was nice which we had daily. Breakfast could be improved. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Lovely location with caldera view from our balcony and it was perfect to watch the sunset from here. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Showers was nice and hot. Fresh towels was provided each day. The staffs that carried our luggages and bought breakfast to us every morning was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and wasn't too busy with amazing views of the caldera. It was very peaceful.

Nowhere to sit and eat, under cover to get out of the weather. Room needed attention some things did not work. Water in shower was not hot.

Loved everything about this place.

Excellent location and some nice restaurants nearby. In a nice quiet area where you can relax. A beautiful view of the caldera and the sunset from our room. Breakfast brought to our room everyday to enjoy outside. Very friendly and helpful staff and exceptionally clean hotel.

This comment applies to the entire area. The steep stairs pretty much everywhere were a temporary strain on my knees, but I still enjoyed walking all over.

The location was north end of Imerovigli and had incredible uninterrupted view of the caldera.

The TV didn't have a signal but we were busy seeing the sights anyway.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and brilliant. We couldn't have asked for better staff and views. The room was lovely. The staff went the extra mile for my partner's birthday and were singing and dancing when we arrived back from a trip to Fira, complete with party hats and cake, brilliant xx I would like to thank Jenny and all the staff for a memorable and lovely stay in Santorini xx

Awesome accommodation with super friendly staff. Beautiful view of the Caldera and the sunsets. Lovley breakfasts each morning. A little 3 - 4-minute walk UP !! to local restaurants. Avocado and Anoji in Imerovigli were great. Some great spots in Fira if you want a 15–20-minute walk.

This is an exceptional hotel. The view of the caldera is only surpassed by the staff. The whole team “go the extra mile “ to ensure your stay is sensational. Chrysoula, Jenny , Lilian , Princess and the boys are so kind , hospitable and create a happy environment .they offer expert advice for tourists .Situated within easy walking distance to restaurants and transport , the hotel is well away from the hustle of the bigger towns that are streaming with crowds from cruise liners . Daily breakfast served to your room is definitely also a highlight. Meeting return guests reflects many happy customers !
