Although I really liked the accommodation, you can tell that it is a little bit old. It looks partly renovated but I think it could do a little bit more. The shower was a little bit slippery, so I think they should provide mats. Also there was a little bit of a smell in the bathroom sometimes, I think they need to fix their pipes or something. It wasn't too intense though, so it was manageable. Other than that, everything was great.

The accommodation was very spacious, and had a nice style and aesthetic. The patio was also huge and you could indulge in those sunrise views. For me, the structure and style of the accommodation reminded me a little bit of a fairytale. I was very impressed by the "vintage" or "mediterranean" style doors. I will definitely miss waking up there, as it felt like a little bit of countryside.

Everything was absolutely fine.

We were looking for a very quiet and relaxing start to what would be a busy holiday for us and we certainly found this here in Santorini. We enjoyed a spacious, tidy and well equipped room, with a lovely terrace area, hot tub and our own sun beds out front, with a stunning view of the east coast of the island (even though this hotel is on the west side, such is the size of Santorini!). Really friendly staff who sorted us with transfers and coffees every day and gave us lots of useful information for our stay. Would certainly look to return here as it was just what we needed.

Honestly, I can't think of anything.

Obviously, the views were amazing. The location was a real bonus because it was easy to get to different places on the island. However, the biggest selling point was the staff. Quite literally couldn't o enough for me. Helped with taxis, how to get to locations, airport transfers etc. Really helpful and useful. Lovly people as well. I was there for my mate's wedding and they went out of their way to help me out. Great people.

The owner, Giannis, is a superstar host. He made us feel so welcome in Santorini and arranged trip to Oia and transfer to the Port. Great value for money for such a beautiful location. Will visit this place again for sure in the near future and recommend to my friends.

Upon entering there was a smell from the bathroom. We passed by a few areas on the path to Fira with the same smell so we assumed it was a piping issue.

We were happy it was away from Fira and more quiet. The views were amazing and the staff really were so nice. The breakfast was nice (ham or bologna and cheese, yogurt, corn flakes, pound cake, toast, breadsticks, orange, Juice, milk, coffee.) for all 3 days - wish they rotated items but it was fine. It was really cool so we didn’t have to use the AC except for one night. I like the cross breeze when we opened all the windows. The door to the bathroom was hard to close so it’s loud when you try to shut the door. An issue if you have to wake up at night. Wish there was a table otherwise you eat on the couch. Eating outside was nice but then we got hot. Lol. Going up the stairs was fine but the steps were short so coming down I would hit my heel (size 7 feet) which was a slight annoyance. Cat wanted to come in lol. Beware they seem to be used to coming in. We did the round trip ride via Phaos and it was really convenient.

The property access from the road can be dangerous as there is no pedestrian pavement and it is off a bend in the main road. There is no wash hand basin in the bathroom - the wash hand basin is outside the bathroom by the main entrance. The suite is on a split level with a lovely mini lounge area, but there is no kitchenette there is only a small fridge and no kitchen sink, no cutlery etc. We were not given any breakfast options or menu, but they probably served breakfast under request. The shower was good, but the wooden hooks behind the door were loose and we could not hang the towels and also there were no soap holders in the shower area.

Good location, 10 mins walk or less to Fira and lovely view to the east coast to see the sunrise, but only few mins walk to the panoramic view points of Imerovigli - perfect to see the sunset. The property had a lovely balcony and the staff were nice, arranging pick up from the port for us.

Thought the location faced west with views of the Caldera. The buildings faced east towards the other coast line. Was a nice view of the rural side, but not what we were expecting. Breakfast was minimalist style, and most things like hard bread and bread sticks we did not eat. Also no coffee pot in the room as advertised. More effort is needed in the breakfast to make it competitive to other hotels of this standard.

Spa and lounge chairs we great, and this is a quiet location away from the crazy crowds in Santorini.

I recently booked a stay at Phaos Santorini Suites and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was open, kind, and always ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, with attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious, but I suggest adding some fresh fruits. Overall, I highly recommend Phaos for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

It was our first time on Santorini and we couldn't have chosen better accommodation for our 7-day stay. Very nice and tranquil location with outstanding views. Rooms very neat and the jacuzzi always well maintained. Daily cleaning, a courteous team and very pleasant hosts who also diligently arranged third-party services (e.g. car rental) and recommended the best places to explore. They always took their time for a quick chat in between and requests were dealt with promptly. In some of the units, the sun loungers are right next to the passageway, so that every time guests in the units further back have to walk past you, which was not entirely pleasant depending on the respective guest. But that didn't take away much from the relaxing experience, that's why we don't feel like putting in on the negative side. On a personal note, I would add an armchair to the furniture in the rooms.

Staff here were so lovely and very happy to help with whatever we needed (organising transport to airport, storage of luggage etc). Breakfast included was very good. Plenty of space in the accomodation and everything was clean. Also in a really great location, walking distance to Fira but out of the big crowds. Would highly recommend.

The location is not so close to the city. Also the view is not on caldera side as we tought ( but it is a nice view anyway). There is not a coffee machine in the room as in the photos. The bathroom could be improved a little , it looked unfinished (no tiles or something).

Beautiful view from the terrace. The outdoor area is very nice, with lots of vegetation. The jacuzzi is great to relax after walking all day . Friendly staff. We liked that breakfast was served on the terrace ( good breakfast, but it could be more varied).

cute and clean secluded little place to stay. Has great view, doesnt look over the caldera but the sea rooms face the back of it. Great views for sunrise though!
