Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

RomaniaWe liked everything, but there are some small things that can be improved to make the stay exceptional: - the kitchen can be better equipped ( ex: there were only 2 glasses, more are welcomed) - more hangers in the waredrobe ( there were only 4 available) - sometimes the other tourist neighbours are loud late in the night -- some house rules can be better listed :)
Rantos property is located in the center of Kavos on a lateral street, and this is nice because the noise from the bars cannot be heard. The garden is so nice and well maintained. Parking is available on the street and is free of charge The owners are very kind, ready to help any time. The rooms are clean Please note that some of the facilities ( ex: hair dryer) are available upon request. I got one very fast.

HungaryEverything was perfect, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Only a minor thing what was not working properly-the shower tray was leaking a bit in the bathroom.
The owners were incredibly helpful and treated us as old family members. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the center and to the beach. Beds are convenient and the whole property is clean, well organised, smsrtly equipped. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay.

United KingdomI WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN EVEN IF YOU PAID ME. Very Rude and obtrusive staff. The Cleaners were so rude and woke us up multiple times during our stay. I had seizures and needed to rest, however the cleaners would continually wake me banging loudly on the door and then accused me of urininating on a bed shouting to her 3 colleagues who all came into my room to talk loudly past me in Greek, I was embarrassed beyond measure and tried to explain it was sweat. The following days we were rudely awoken by banging on the door, loud noisy staff in hallway then our bed got strip searched every time all 3 cleaners came into the room, it felt like bullying! The bed linen was changed TWICE in 21 days and the staff would point out and make a fuss of marks. If you want a peaceful, relaxing, stressfree holiday DO NOT STAY HERE. I am well travelled and I have never experienced treatment like this in my life. It got to the point I didn't want to leave my room for fear of bumping into the staff. Mt stay at Rantos Apartments, spoiled my holiday, I was made to feel unwelcome and couldn't wait to leave.

LuxembourgGreat place to stay with super friendly people. We stayed at the end of the summer season and the staff were already preparing the apartments for summer 2023. We saw technicians installing new WIFI routers and internet cables on the floors. Our internet connection was very fast and stable. I was working from "home" :) during my stay and I had no problem at all. Staff were amazing. They kept apologizing for the work that was being done but we were not bothered at all, we really enjoyed being part of the local life outside the high season. Overall, clean, comfortable rooms, a couple of minutes from the beach with great people running the apartments. Thank you for everything.
