The setting and location is wonderful quiet but very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa was clean with very comfortable beds, good air conditioning and showers. The swimming pool was excellent. All staff friendly and helpful.

It could have been a little bit better equipped in the kitchen - salt/pepper/oil/herbs/spices. I’ve had this in a lot of villas and it makes a huge difference.

We had a beautiful villa overlooking the pool. A two minute walk from a beautiful beach with lots of lovely restaurants.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The Villa was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent; close to the bus stop, supermarket, beach, restaurants and shops. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were a bonuses.

The booking stated a washing machine, however the laundry is picked up and returned the next day for a fee (12 Euros)

The towels were changed each day however they were damp each day so we had to hang them in the line to dry. Only small issue

We absolutely LOVED this place!! It was large, comfortable, and clean. We had our own rooftop hot tub, which we used every day, and had an amazing view! The pool area was perfect! lots of suntanning beds. Breakfast was superb! lots of options and the hosts were soo friendly. Great location and walkable to the beach with tons of restaurant options.

Breakfast was not good. Not that many options and not great quality. No fruit or vegetable, omelette and scrambled eggs cooked by demand were drowning in oil, unpleasant.

Great location. The villa wasn't new, but kept in a very good condition and pretty clean. The staff members were very helpful and nice. Public parking just over the corner was very convenient.

I was mad at myself that I included breakfast because we only used it once. Also wish there was a laundry mat on site and that they offered beach towels.

Friendly helpful staff. The grounds were well maintained and the suites were cleaned daily. Free parking in the back, and the pool was great.

Our one issue was that the pictures online show that the villas have a hot tub on the roof but unfortunately not all of them do. When we arrived they could not change us to one with a hot tub.

The staff interaction was minimal. Hospitality was lacking until our taxi didn’t show and then staff helped accommodate with ordering another. We had traveled to Many places by this point so hospitality may be more “average” but compared to recent experiences, there was very little.

The villa was spacious and clean. The location near Agia Ana beach was fantastic. And a grocery just down the street was very convenient.

The kitchen could have been better equipped, as there wasn't always enough crockery and glasses for 6. Although staff were always helpful, for some reason, towels were changed every day (not necessary) and arrived damp which meant we then had to air them.

Fabulous location, just two minutes walk from the beach, tavernas, and a chemist and supermarket virtually next door. The villa was well laid out with good sized en suite bathrooms and a small but functional kitchenette. Beds were extremely comfortable and air conditioning effective and not too noisy. The swimming pool next to the villa was superb for proper swimming as well as lazing by, with plenty of comfy sunbeds.

The only thing is probably the fact that the kitchen had very little pots, pans or anything really to be able to cook full meals at the villa.

Loved the quietness of the area but at the same time having everything we needed near by. We didn’t have a car for our week of vacation but could easily access wonderful restaurants, beaches, grocery stores..

To conclude I would select this hotel again and I rated with 10* because I liked the location and the quiet it offers. It had a fast and free Wi-Fi and private parking. The kitchen includes an oven, fridge and TV. At a distance of 20 meters there were supermarkets and a bus stop. 100% I will repeat this experience.

Let’s start with the location. I think there is not a better spot to stay in the villa. Right below the villas is the town and the narrow streets of the beach of Agia Anna. It’s a great accommodation which is a modem and luxury. The reception is in another hotel. The staff was friendly. The villa was large with character. It has very special design with some white references. In particular, I distinguished the closet, which was very convenient and saved us a lot of space. Regarding with the breakfast, I am very satisfied with it. It has big variety and tasty choices. I would love to recommend it to my friends.
