We were on the ground floor and it wasn’t really quiet, we could hear everything outside and when you’re with a kid that sleeps in the afternoon it’s not the best experience. Also there was nowhere to put our wet clothes, which was very inconvenient.

I liked where is located, near the best beach clubs and away from the crowds in the city

We loved absolutely everything about it! The hotel staff is very friendly. Everywhere is clean. We were allowed to check in one hour earlier and check out two hours later.

The toilet was not working and the breakfast was always the same. The coffee machine was out of milk 3,4 days… and no cappuccino.

The place is excelent, very clean, the sheets were changed and so were the towels everyday, the family is very nice, they made us feel comfortable for the first moment. The kids were so happy about the pool. We highly recommend the place.

There were no electricity in the room when we arrive, key was not working, the drainage system in bathroom is not working, shower is out of order as well.

Rooms are clean and have a daily cleaning.

Minuses: -The bathroom doors are made of glass and are not provided with a locking system: a very big minus -Small bathroom -Few options for breakfast -The prices from the restaurant menu were a bit high -The air-conditioner was not so efficient and furthermore, it is not remote-controlable -We had to move to another room due to some technical issues -The water from the swimming pool was too cold

Pluses: We liked the fact that the hotel is located in a quiet and nice area. We also appreciated the food from dinner.

Morning breakfast could be better (more options and better taste), rooms are a bit worse then on photos and would be great to have them renewed to meet new design trends. Shower makes a lot of water on the floor for the whole bathroom.

Pool area looks gorgeous! Dinners are great, traditional and very tasty. personal is very pleasant and ready to help.

The food we had for breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The family was very friendly and offered great service. Rooms were cleaned everyday while we were out and about. Would highly recommend and will most likely come back here again with my family!

Everything was great.

The room was very clean and comfortable, beautiful view of the sea and the sunrise. We had a jacuzzi and a big bathroom. The breakfast was simple but good - different types of cooked eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, salami, bread, muesli, and fruit. You can ask for a specific meal and they can cook it for you for lunch or dinner. Everyday room cleaning. There's a pool and bar area too. This hotel, in my opinion, is perfect for a long stay. Also, if you want to have a romantic experience with your loved one this is the place.

The room was at the ground floor, and the facilities were not comfortable. For example, the shower didnt work properly and the door of the bathroom was made by glass, which meant that the whole family felt uncomfortable while getting shower. Moreover, the room was too little for a family of four. The breakfast was rich but quality of the food was not that good.

The bathrooms flooded when using the shower and never fully got dry. Room safes did not work. 4€ for a small ice cream stick by the pool was ridiculous.

The pool was nice and the depth was perfect for kids. The pool area was good for sitting and relaxing with the lounge chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast was satisfactory. Towels were changed every day. The balcony was great for drying towels and swimming things.

Two out of six nights there was a problem with the water - one of the days there was No hot water, the other there was no water at all for hours. The staff said it was a regular problem they were aware of. Being on the seaside it’s unthinkable not to have the opportunity to shower after a day at the beach. And we had 2 of those. There was No Wi-fi. If you think you’re going to have it, because the description says so, don’t. It was working for 3-4 minutes and then disappearing. The cell coverage is very bad too. There is No drying rack to put your swimsuits to dry. You need to hang it somewhere on the balcony - if the wind doesn’t take it , you’re lucky. The breakfast was the same every single morning. The coffee is from a Nescafe machine - not good. The pool area and everything except the rooms is closed after 10pm. If you think you can sit by the pool to have a quiet drink on the sunbeds by the view of water at night during your vacation - you’re mistaken. To all the said problems the staff responded that they are aware of them. Nevertheless they’re not described in the hotel ad and for over 100 euros per night, you should be aware of those. No compensation was offered , neither excuses, and we think with such disappointing things - it should have been.

It is clean, they cleaned it every day. The A/C is good and working properly. The pool is okay.
