Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyGym and swimmingpool (you can swim but you have to Pay for laydowm on the sunbad and get a towel.) are not complementary. Time for use is very limited. From 1000am to 0700pm. If you are there for work.. . No way to use it. Breakfast Should be improved. Thery few fresh fruit selection with people waiting in line to get it and fresh juices seems to be (not sure) not fresh but bottled industrial ones.
Room Space was good and the hotel is thery quiet. clean hotel in a good position. beautiful top roof with swimmingpool and bar. Front desk kind and fast serving the guests. Check in and check out very rapid.,

United KingdomDidn't like the fee for half day sunbed or the very slow service at rooftop. 2 occasions our order was forgotten about and we just cancelled after more than 30 minutes.
Great spacious rooms, refreshing water at reception for the heat wave, location was great, rooftop pool was a nice addition for the warm weather and the views were really good.

CyprusThis has nothing to do with the hotel but the area is very very noisy. Just mentioning if someone wants somewhere quiet. The only thing is that the cafe/restaurant's coffee and snacks are overpriced (for example one cappuccino costs 7 euros, I don't think it is justifiable). Also, check-in took us an extremely long time.
Good location with easy access to taxis, metro and buses to the center. There is a big comfortable lounge area where you can relax or work, and a nice cafe near the reception area. Very nice view from our room and the roof top bar, you can see the whole of Athens.

Israel1) The pool area is small and has limited business hours , not to mention that the hotel charges for a bed around the pool, and they only have something like 10 beds. It’s 10 Euro for a bed for 4 hours. Either 10:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 19;00. This was very unexpected !!!! To get a bed you need to reserve in advance at least the day before or stay in the queue in the entrance , at least 15 mins before it opens! 2) The blue line of the metro is 10 mins walking distance from the hotel but in summer time even in early June , 10 mins are like 30 mins,,,, You need to keep in mind the blue line does not get to the Olyimpic stadium and u need to switch to the green line if u plan to get to the olyimpic stadium for a show. 3) it’s pretty far from the main squares by foot ;
Breakfast was ok ( eggs, only tomatoes and cucumbers , a few types of bread and cheese, etc. don’t expect good capochino ); note- they don’t have too many options for vegan people The hotel is clean Pretty big rooms considering it is in the city . A few bus lines run from the hotel to the city and to the stadium. Keep in mind most of them do not turn on air conditioning even in the summer time … The staff in the hotel is nice and polite and agreed to allow late check out with no extra charge . There are a few good restaurants around the hotel. One just across the street The name is Spitiko Fagito, home style dishes , very good food and cheap. The are open Mon~Fri from noon to 17;00 . Pay attention to the design and decoration inside . Added some photos …. Another really good restaurant , but more expensive, is a 1 min from the Anafiotika metro station . It’s calls Joann’s restaurant. Check the reviews in trip advisors and you won’t be disappointed! The dishes are big , and can be shared. Very good verity of options, including for veggies . There is also a big supermarket 5 mins away from the hotel When we stayed there before the Codeplay show, the hotel was fully booked and yet you didn’t feel it was too crowded . They were very organized to the fact that lots of people come to the concert

GreeceUnfortunately the garden breakfast room was full so we were ushered into a conference room for breakfast but I'm not sure the hotel can help that all guests wanted breakfast at the same time.
It was a lovely hotel, we wanted something with a 24 hour reception close to the Olympic Stadium and this was the best one we found.

CanadaThe buffet is good, and the staff hustle to keep it stocked and tables cleared. I note that the guests' behaviour was quite disappointing - perhaps it was just a bunch of bus tours that were rushing.
The rooms are modern and well-appointed and comfortable. The staff however are very welcoming, hospitable and helpful. They are gracious, greet you with a smile and are very responsive to questions or concerns. It's close to the Metro, so easy access to and from the airport or historic centre of Athens.

The staff were extremely helpful in finding me a quiet room away from roads, the lift and other noise sources, even though the hotel was full, and upgraded me from a single to a double room for that purpose. Views from the room (17th floor) and roof top pool were great.
