It didn’t leave up to its ranking as a 4 star. The amenities that we were assigned were mediocre at best with bug problems. Not like our previous stays which were day and night in comparison.

Although the restaurant was good, it was a bit expensive to eat & drink there everyday.

The staff were all very helpful & friendly, they made our stay enjoyable. The beach was just outside the hotel and it has a great restaurant. It was clean & comfortable. It's also close to some other great restaurants, bars & beaches. they had happy hour in the afternoon which was perfect for a few drinks.

The only shortcoming of our stay was that the beds were uncomfortable as they were very hard and that the showers were very small.

The location of the hotel is absolutely incredible! RIGHT on the beach with its own private beach - which is an incredible added bonus! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and informative and had no issue with any requests from our side. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety and is of high quality.

Room a little bit small for 4 people but was fine for the price.

Great being able to just walk out of your room and on to the beach, a good having beach bean bags or loungers to use. We also did a day boat trip through the hotel, really cool, kids loved diving off the boat in little secluded bays. Good bit of snorkelling amongst the rocks next to the hotel.

The showers in the rooms are extremely small.

The hotel room was too rustic and basic. The beds were ok and the furniture is outdated. The bathroom is really bad one gave the feel of a hostel. just a square in the corner for the shower and a curtain in front. The toilet was right next to it and the sink was a small very basic one.

The breakfast was good. The location is great with a beach right in front of the hotel. There are several nice restaurants around the hotel including De La Gracia restaurant. The best swimming beach is only 8 minutes walk

If you are looking for a luxury new hotel with big rooms and modern furniture, well, keep on looking. But if you are looking for a place with a soul, lovely beach just in front of it, super kind staff, then for sure this place is for you. Between the hotel and the beach there is a road, that honestly I was a bit sceptical about when I saw it on the photos (I was afraid of the traffic and noise), but the road is small, not so many cars are passing (and we were there in August) and it does not bother at all. We had a beautiful sea view room and was so pleasant to sleep with the balcony doors open and listen to the waves during the night. Our friends took the quadruple room (with double occupancy) and the hotel removed the bunk bed as requested. Since the rooms are quite small, this can be a great solution if you want to have more space. The price difference was not that big. The beach in front of the hotel is smaller and calm and great for an early morning or evening dip, while just an 8 min walk away there is a more serviced beach with great beach club called Ono. The food in the hotel is great enough to spend a calm evening, not having to search for a taverna in the city or somewhere else in the island. The bar is open the whole day. Would love to come again to this hotel.

extremely small shower, when you took a bath water were coming out of shower.Also there is nowhere to place your shampoo when you take a shower, you have to put it in the floor.there is no parking next to hotel,like it had in the past, you have to walk through fields.TV size in room is smaller than a laptop and the placement on wall is really uncomfortable to watch.balcony is extremely small, it had 2 chairs and small table that were occupying whole balcony.the family room in reality were 2 double rooms that were joined but in this he middle of the room was a huge concrete block 40cm that you had to pass from one room to another.closets are missing in the room, make it difficult to place your clothes(only an open space with few hangers).Food quality has dropped compared to 3 years ago and it is pricy for what it offers compared to nearby restaurants.They couldn’t install bed rails for our kids beds

Everything was Great

Everything was great. We had a beautiful room with minimal decoration and wonderful view. The cleaning services was great , the room was clean and our bed sheets smell was wonderful. The hotel has a beace in front of it, just two steps with free sea beds . We eat at the there restaurant an the service was great and fast,every plate was very tasty and we really taste traditional greek plates. The staff was very helpfull , friendly and really professionals. Thank you for your hospitality , continue the perfect job.
