The second bedroom is not completely seperated by a wall therefore its missing a bit of privacy and the mattresses in the second bedroom are not that comfortable, but ok for kids

We had an amazing time in the most romantic house you can imagine - authentic mediterranean style and feel. Perfect view from the window to a nice yard with a green tree and blue sky. There were some moments when we just enjoyed watching the house from outside. Very warm and welcoming hosts. Large rooms with everything needed. Authentic style and charm. Parking in the yard and close to the center. Everything was just perfect!

We had had a great time in PomeGranate Suites! The apartment is of 2 levels and the roof is really high. So you have plenty of space. I'd say this place has his own vibe and soul. It is even better than you can see on the photos. The apartment is well equipped: you have hairdryer, iron, dishes, kettle, coffee machine and even waffle-iron, modern TV, towels etc. The host was very friendly and met us ~ 11 p.m. as we arrived late. Definitely recommend this cozy and warm place to stay in Kavala!

Great and helpful host, very stylish and functional apartment in a beautiful old building, great location. There are two city beaches at walking distance (15-20 min), but for a larger organized beach you will have to drive 10-25 min.

Hard to complain about anything

Super communication with Georgios, who waited for us patiently, inspite of very late arrival. (We were waited with the fridge full of refreshments) Big room, spotless clean, both zones covered with discrete AC. Perfect location - 15 minutes to foot on Omonia road to Center (Aqueduct, etc.). Safe parking in the courtyard. Quiet street, with a good cafeteria and pastry at the end, a good option for a quick breakfast.

This was a superb apartment in a great location with short walk to places. The kitchen was well equipped for our stay. It was really comfortable and spacious for a family and clean throughout the apartment. Host was great at communicating with us.

Very bright and beautiful apartment in the center of Kavala. The interior was very tastefully selected - we loved the firm mattress, the well equipped kitchen and couch/seating areas. All in all an amazing stay. George and Julia were super accommodating with our arrival and departure - kudos to such nice hosts!

Such a gem. We were two couples and had plenty of room. Sleeping arrangements are good - the big loft does provide privacy. Really clever and well though out solutions provided us with everything we needed. And the building has been restored beautifully. It’s located very central but in a quiet residential area.

Since it is a loft, the people who sleep in the upper floor should be mindful of the fact that it is an open space. However, that is no surprise to anyone, as it is clear from the description of the property.

The place is spacious and looks as shown on the photos. It has the needed for a short stay, close to the center area and has a parking spot in the yard of the house. Giorgos was an amazing host, very welcoming! Since there was no other reservation we were able to check in earlier and check out later and that was very kind of him to allow it.

We visited in December when it was really cold in Kavala and the property is heated only with air-conditioning. The room was warm but we had to run the AC most of the time to keep it like that. Less of an issue the rest of the year. Not the host's fault but the family that stayed opposite us was noisy with kids screaming and running around until midnight. I guess even soundproofing has its limits.

This is a perfectly restored traditional house in Kavala that features a lot of the original details. It is bright and airy and has a high ceiling and a little mezzanine as an extra living space. We had a view of the little courtyard which was really pretty. Very comfortable bed and linen provided, we had a really good night sleep. It has been renovated in high specs with a modern kitchen area and a smart TV. Very good tea and coffee making facilities. Although it is not in the old part of the city it is very close and we liked the fact that it is next to some of the remaining, yet to be restored tobacco warehouses. The neighbourhood feels safe and quiet. Free parking on site. Host helpful and polite. We will definitely come back given the opportunity.

The house is absolutely stunning, a little sanctuary in this Greek town. Julia and George have done the most wonderful restoration job on this beautiful period property giving it a whole new lease of life. They were amazing hosts and went above and beyond. I was travelling alone and they were kind enough to invite me out with their family on a few occasions…I got to meet their lovely family and experience true Greek hospitality. Thank you so much for making my trip a wonderful one!!

The only regret we had is that we had such a short stay

Everything about this location was above expectations! Neighborhood was not looking very good (very narrow streets, not restored buildings) so we were a little bit afraid of what we could find inside. But once we entered the house, the situation improved dramatically. An awesome interior, wherever we looked everything was decorated with great taste, small details that can make you feel at home... Great! I would recommend this location to everyone who wants a home away from home even for a short stay. Vais met us at the location, explained everything, gave us a bottle of a tasty wine and when we left he told us about a forgotten item which he kept safe until we returned and get it back. Many thanks for everything!

Julia and George are great hosts with a wonderful spacious apartment. 2 Bedrooms, a great living room, nice kitchen and more. We enjoyed the 4 days in Kavala so much not least because of this perfect accomodation. All in all: 10+. Whenever we needed something George and Julia were at our side - efraristo poly!
