All the points I subtracted was because of the cleanliness of the bathroom when we arrived. There were hair on the wall, dead mosquitos and even something that looked like boogers. All washed away with a bit of water which makes it even worse, because it means they didn't even do that much. After a complaint, our room was cleaned properly and they gifted us a free drink each on the Pool Bar.

Everything was great. The room was cheap but spacious, with even an extra bed and everything we might have needed. Breakfast was mediocre but that's hotel breakfast for you.

The location of the hotel to the port and town was great; there are lots of nearby facilities and the pool was nice.

It was a nice and calm hotel, the swimming pool area was big and really nice. The staff were always willing to help and very friendly. The room was big and it had a lovely outside seating area. The room was also very clean. The location is great, 10 min walk from the port and right next to the beach. I highly recommend it if you are traveling by yourself, it was very safe!.

Tv didn’t work, wifi would cut in and out and shower head was broken. Nothing major at all and didn’t negatively impact our stay!

The pool was super crowded every day and not enough loungers.

The location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk from the port. In amongst nice restaurants and cafes. Pool was lovely and big and pool towels were available for guests

Super noisy fridge in the room and a bit noisy in the corridor early in the morning.

Very well located. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a budget room and it was a last minute booking, but the room and hotel were clean and comfortable. Nice pool too and a little bar there.

The breakfast was not included in our rate. I feel like it should have been. They did let us have coffee from the breakfast, but wasn't sure if we were suppose to though because we got ugly looks. The "no food by the pool" is kinda overkill. The location was not that far from the ferry but the terrain to get there wasn't great for rolling suitcases. Taxi or hotel gouge because for $20eros back to the ferry place was ridiculous. Someone said there was a free to cheap bus but we never did find it because it was not marked.

Most of the staff was nice.

The staff were so warm and caring. It was a hot day and we were given cold water on our arrival. Really thoughtful. The pool is amazing and a good size room.

Not well maintained. The lawn around pool was terribly untidy and needs to be maintained on a regular basis, the umbrella’s need replacing, and more required. The sun beds are uncomfortable and more required. The building needs major attention.

We knew the type of Accommodation based on the pictures. The only comment I have is we were opposite a backpackers hostel so it was quite busy with people but it didn't cause any problems.

I loved the location very close 5/10 minute walk to the port. Room was basic but very nice. Balcony was a bonus since you could sit in the sun and enjoy a beverage. Staff was very pleasant and it was a comfort knowing that someone was available at the reception desk.
