Pnoe suites is like a little paradise in the peaceful Santorini countryside, but very close to Fira town. Fanouria and Dimitrius our hosts were outstanding. They really spoiled us during our stay and took care of everything, from sorting car hire to arranging food and taxis for us. They really make you feel special during your stay and have created a very special holiday location. Our room was stunning and had everything we need. The private pool is perfect for relaxing and looking out at the scenery. We loved sitting out relaxing while taking in the view. Our breakfast every morning served on our terrace was delicious, we absolutely loved it, and our hosts were happy to make changes to our breakfast as we requested. I feel the service and care we received during our stay at Pnoe was the best we have ever received on a holiday. The roads are winding into Fira town and probably a 20-30 min walk (5 min drive), but Fanouria and Dimitrius were quick to arrange taxis when needed and also sorted car hire for us so we could explore the island for ourselves. This property is a little different to a hotel, as there is no reception, but the staff are nearby at all times, and only a message away from helping you when you need. We felt the staff were all incredibly professional and available when we needed help, but also respected our privacy. We had the option to request housekeeping/pool cleaning at certain times of the day, so we never felt that our privacy was affected. We really loved the set up and it felt very luxurious and like our own piece of paradise in Santorini! We hope to visit again!

Nothing we could think of

Pnoe may not big as the large corporate hotels like Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton etc, but if you judge by the sophistication and quality of the hotel and the services, it can surpass these any day, any time. Sumptuous healthy breakfast served in the room (included in the price 👏👏), to the most helpful staff catering to every need. Absolutely wonderful view from the own patio and personal swimming pool looking onto the sea. I enjoyed the Sunrise over the sea from my bed every morning. The most wonderful thing about the place is the most amazing hosts in Dimitris and Fanouria. They are absolute gems, always helping, appropriately advising from places to visit to renting cars and taking care of every need including sending their car and driver to pick up us from the centre of Fira to the hotel late in the evening. I must mention that their hospitality has such a wonderful personal touch which the 5 star / 7 star hotels will never be able to provide. On our last night’s stay we had the most amazing parting present from Fanouria and Dimitris. It was most wonderful and touching. One thing I must mention here. Santorini is famous for its amazing Sunset, but from our bedroom in Pnoe we watched an equally amazing Sunrise every morning (grew a habit of waking up to alarm for the Sunrise and after watching and breathing the refreshing air in the dawn, would go back to sleep for a late morning wake up). I have attached a photo of the sunrise from our bedroom. I would recommend everyone to try this place, Pnoe Luxury suits, if they are visiting Santorini. Full marks to Pnoe

The location was about a 7 or 8 minute drive outside of Fira (or a 20-25 minute walk). We rented ATV's which worked really well, but in the absence of ATV's, we would have needed to rely on taxis.

The breakfast was delicious and portions were generous. The accommodations were beautiful and there was lots of space for our family of 3 (four people would have been fine too). The host was so helpful in terms of recommendations and making reservations on our behalf, as well as even recommending which restaurants had views and what time was best to see the sunset.

We spent a wonderful and successful week in mid-May with my siblings (four adults) at Pnoe (two bedroom suite), which is near the small village of Vourvoulos. The hotel is run by a charming young couple, Fanouria and Dimitrios. There were several reasons why we chose Pnoe over a hotel on the caldera side: 1. Location: We did not want a hotel in the tourist-heavy villages on the caldera edge (Fira, Imerovigli, Oia), as we knew these villages would be extremely crowded, cause large cruise ships bring masses of people daily to the narrow streets in addition to the tourists already staying on the island. We are active and fit walkers, so from Pnoe we could easily walk to various places, including own small village of Vourvoulos and the beach. Pnoe guarantees your privacy and peace. 2. Large rooms (suites): Compared to the hotels on the caldera side, the suites at Pnoe are significantly more spacious and much more affordable than those on the caldera edge. 3. Breakfast: Every day of the week, breakfast was served in our suite, which we enjoyed in the peace and quiet of our large private terrace with views of the countryside and the sea... and the morning sun. 4. Good concept and excellent service: Fanouria and Dimitrios have created a very well-functioning concept. The hotel does not have a reception; instead, we communicated with Fanouria via WhatsApp messages. We booked a rental car, informed them of our preferred breakfast time, ordered dinner to our room, etc. It worked excellently. We can warmly recommend Pnoe Luxury Suites to tourists considering Santorini. Fanouria and Dimitrios are nice and warm-hearted people, with whom it was always pleasant to chat whenever we met

Best place ever!!!!! Dimitris & Fanouria are extremely helpful and always on call. The pool is really heated (34 degrees) and daily cleaned by the staff. Breakfast is one of the best that I have ever had and daily served in our private terrace. There is a possibility to order food during the day. The room was so comfortable with a breathtaking sunrise view and a huge private terrace. The property is located in the middle of the island, and you can easily go anywhere. You can rent a car at the property and it is recommended but there is a private transfer service available 24hrs. We will definitely come back!!!

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable! The suite was daily clean, stylish with excellent service in where we had dinner. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Great Location, the property is located in the middle of the island and it is easy accessible to all the places.

Absolutely nothing. Literally unable to fault anything, everything was perfect thanks to a superb host Fanouria.

I cannot emphasise enough how fantastic the host Fanouria was during our stay. She was very helpful, supportive, flexible, approachable, understanding, etc. I could literally list on forever. The best customer service I have ever experienced. She was waiting for us on arrival and had a great conversation whilst we were waiting for our taxi on departure. She made herself available 24/7 if we needed anything. The property itself was really clean and had a beautiful design with great characteristics. The view from our suite was breath taking and surrounding area was very peaceful with walk to main square only taking 15 mins. Suite was in immaculate condition and everything was in great working order. The big morning breakfast was really tasty and All necessities and utensils were provided to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

If you plan to go In April the weather stayed in the mid 60’s if you ok with that then kool i preferred a little warmer weather but we still was out and about taking in everything.

Waking up to a beautiful sunset every morning, the open concept glass window and doors to let the natural light in we for the direct sun every morning, the fresh breakfast and good distance to the cities. Staff were very polite. Beaches were amazing it was a great experience.

We loved everything!

Luxury by name and by nature! Absolutely beautiful property at an ideal location, the room is one of the nicest we’ve stayed in and is super relaxing and comfortable! The view from the amazing full width window is incredible to wake up to every morning. Breakfast arrives to the room at your desired time and is absolutely delicious and plenty of it. The owners are super friendly and ensure your stay is great and are available to contact at any time, they take time to welcome you personally to the property and give great recommendations on what to do, where to eat etc during your stay in Santorini! The location was fine for us but you have to either walk for 15 minutes to get to Fira town or use transport so for people who can’t walk too far just bear this in mind. I would definitely recommend a hire car.

Fanouria & Dimitris were excellent hosts, they were so friendly and welcoming and were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were stunning, extremely clean and were checked daily. The food that was bought to the rooms for breakfast was delicious and there was so much of it meaning we could have it for lunch too. The local restaurant that they work with was beautiful, just a 5 minute walk about with stunning views. Taxi’s were arranged for us to and from the airport and we also used these to get around the island, these were booked for us within minutes of messaging. The pool temperature was changed to meet our needs and dependent on the weather, just a pretty fabulous experience overall.
