We loved our stay but to improve further, I would suggest providing more coat hangers with clips to hang skirts and a pillow menu as I found the pillows provided rather big and bulky. The location was fine for us as we wanted peace and quiet and were prepared to walk the 20 mins into Fira but for others you may wish to hire a car.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Pnoe Luxury Suites for a week in August. We were warmly greeted by the hosts who were very friendly and welcoming. The suite was wonderful with lovely views of the East coast. The room itself was amazing, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Wonderful walk in shower, big fluffy robes, slippers and quality toiletries. The sunbathing terrace is perfect with a decent sized pool to cool off , heated to your preferred temperature. The breakfast/lunch is delivered in a crate each morning and is stacked full of delicious foods, enough to keep you going all day- a superb touch!

Absolutely exceptional! The villa itself was stunning, with its very modern and sleek design, with an amazing breakfast with many choices for all. The facilities were great and if we ever needed anything, the hosts were only a message away. Dimitri and Fanouria made us feel very welcome and were great hosts, I would recommended this villa to anyone visiting Santorini.

The only downside was the lack of privacy in the bathrooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its excellent facilities. They kindly offered a complimentary round-trip transfer from the airport to the hotel, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. Dimitri, one of the staff members, was extremely helpful and provided us with many great tips about the island.

That we couldn't stay longer!

We arrived at the Pnoe and were greeted outside by Demetris & Fanouria, owner/ managers. They were extremely friendly and welcoming! They took us to our junior suite with a sea view and private pool. The pictures don't do the room justice. It is absolutely beautiful and has an amazing view that faces East. The room was more than spacious with dual sinks, huge shower, kitchen with all the amenities. At my request, they even heated the private pool for us upon returning in the evening from a night out in Fira. The King bed is amazingly comfortable and remarkable to watch the sunrise through your giant glass window looking out to your private patio with pool, and sea view. Communication with Pnoe was easy with WhatsApp, to include ordering a delicious hand delivered breakfast on your patio at the time you want it. Even requested extra coffee, and received a carafe! Pnoe exceeded our expectations, it was a beautiful resort. Upon our departure, Demetris & Fanouria came to say thank you and goodbye and wish us well on the remainder of our holidays! They made it feel as if you were leaving your family's house, not a hotel/resort. Thank you again!!!

The taxi prices in Santorini generally are quite high and so it was more cost effective to hire a car than get taxis.

Whilst the location is a little away from Fira, the views were exceptional and it was so peaceful and beautiful.

Our stay at Pnoe was one of the best of our honeymoon trip. The staff are fantastic and extremely supportive and helpful. The location is perfect, it’s close enough to the main cities/towns but far enough to be away from the chaos. The room was beyond amazing, the cleanliness, the styling, the facilities were all great! The breakfast was lovely and the lunch/dinner option was some of the best food we had on our holiday. Highly recommend Pnoe!! We will be back!!

There was absolutely nothing bad to say about this villa.

It started with a warm welcome of the owners. It was an incredible place, so quiet...just 10minutes from walking to the village Fira. The breakfast was brought to our house, so could have him in the sunshine. The house was very well decorated, so stylish.

The shower area did not have any doors..The area was exactly not Fira as mentioned and is a bit in the remote area where you don’t have anything much nearby but if you hire a car from the property you can reach Fira in 10 minutes from there and Oia was also 20 mins in car from that area..

We had an amazing stay at Pnoe luxury suites..My daughter enjoyed the heated swimming pool a lot and the sea view directly from bed was mind blowing..The breakfast spread was too good and the rooms were large and comfy..

The whole team at Pnoe Luxury Suites were outstanding, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay! The surroundings are very peaceful and only a short trip into Fira. The villas themselves are just stunning and the hosts Finouria and Dimitri are so so lovely they helped us arrange a hire car/booked reservations/taxis/boat trip/massages & provided excellent room service. It’s not often we like to go back to the same place twice but we are already planning on returning next year, I honestly can’t fault anything about our stay it was simply amazing.

Pnoe Luxury Suites exceeded all my expectations and made our stay in Santorini truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a level of service that was unparalleled. Every morning, we received a beautifully catered breakfast with a variety of vegetarian options, perfectly tailored to our preferences. I must mention how Ms. Fanouria went above and beyond to make my mother's birthday a huge success. She helped arrange in-room massages, put up festive balloons, surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake for breakfast, and even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine. The staff also helped us set up activities such as a memorable photoshoot in Oia, a breathtaking semi-private boat cruise at sunset, and a private tour of the island. Additionally, they arranged taxis for every trip, making our transportation hassle-free. The cleaning staff were amazing and always accommodated our requests, showing great attention to sustainability by giving us the option to reuse our towels. The room service food was absolutely delicious, and we could not have asked for better dining options. The location of the hotel was perfect, with most attractions being easily accessible within 20 minutes. The stylish room provided amazing toiletries, and we loved the beautiful heated pool. Lack of privacy inside (bathroom areas and outside with adjacent neighbours). Personally found the unit we had was not ideal for a family with teenage children due to lack of privacy between rooms. Regarding amenities, a full length mirror and vanity chair would be great additions.

Fanouria couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating from beginning to end when she helped get my husbands forgotten airpods delivered to the airport before our flight!
