Breakfast was delicious. The host Stamatina gave us helpful information of the area. Her driver came and picked up us and also drove us back to the port on our departure day. Transfer was included. She even packed breakfasts to take with us on our early departure. Free parking at the house accommodation.

Nothing everything was perfect

Everything about this accommodation is perfect..Location is great 10mins drive away from Fira Square & Kamari 5mins drive to the airport. The villas are gorgeous and cute right in the middle of an authentic original little town. Supermarket, cafe and Petrol station and Pharmacy 5mins drive or 15min walk. Samatina is so accommodating and helpful she helped with organising car hire and laundry service. Delivers breakfast every morning. And also have room service daily. I travelled with my teenage children and the loved the place. jacuzzi is a nice touch as well as the beautiful pool area. The perfect place to stay.

The place very comfortable, spacious and decorated with so good taste which made it stunning. My kids loved the jacuzzi and could stay there with privacy. Stamina is an incredible host, super available to help so you can have a pleasant time there. The breakfast was delicious, each day different, with very good local products.

Our stay has been amazing. We've been staying in Alcyone, a 2 bed property. It looks out over the shared outdoor pool which itself is stunning. The property is spacious, with excellent air con, and naturally cool. The beds are comfy, the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There's also a further main bathroom next to bedroom two. The pool never busy and there's always enough sun loungers. We often had the pool to ourselves. Alternatively you can use Alcyone's private hot tub, which is discreetly located in a small prita patio behind a short wall accessed from either the kitchen or living room area, so you can just relax in private if you want. Stamatima, our host is lovely, she and her colleagues looked after us so well she spoke good English too which helped. We have been served fresh home cooked breakfast, something slightly different each day, and brought direct to our breakfast table every morning, with a fantastic daily selection of traditional Greek food. Stamatima also recommended some great restaurants: Franco's Cafe, Galini Taverna being just two, the latter of which she booked for us. She also booked our boat trip to the volcanic island which was a big help. Stamatima also offered to collect us from the airport on arrival, but we'd already booked a hour car by then. There are plenty of shops and bus stops within walking distance, we found hiring a car allowed us to properly explore all of the island. (There's plenty of parking here too, which is another bonus). We check out tomorrow and honestly we don't want to leave 😭 I highly recommend Plaides Eco Houses - you won't regret it.

My first ever review after years of travelling and one that I feel compelled to write due to the incredible hospitality we received. The host, Stamatina, was so warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had some issues getting to our next accosting in Oia and Stamatina went out of her way to organise a hire car for us which was delivered within half an hour at a very reasonable price. The villa itself was stunning, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and adequately spacious for our family of 4. We used the main pool which was a good size and the perfect temperature in the height of August . There was a jacuzzi just outside our villa which we used daily and even made use of it on our last night. The breakfast was delivered to our door every morning at our chosen time..each day we were presented with something different including homemade muffins, traditional Greek spinach pie (spanakopita) poached eggs, fruit etc…it was all incredible. The location is quiet and we made use of a car which is recommended although there are a few lovely local restaurants. If you’re looking for an idyllic setting away from the busier resorts in Santorini I would strongly recommend these villas.

We felt a little remote at times however the facilities and staff were excellent and made up for it.

Beautiful clean property in the middle of the island. Staff collected us from airport and after our stay brought us to the port for departure. We had lovely breakfast each morning on the patio served by very friendly staff who also arranged a hire car for us. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi bath. Staff also printed off a document for us and posted some postcards on our behalf as we could not locate a postbox anywhere in Santorini!

I really recommend this place and the family managing the biz

We need to thanks Stamstina for being so nice and supportive with us. It was a very difficult moment as my mother in law passed away while we were in Santorini, and she helped us even after leaving her villas. Is a wonderfull woman and the place is an Oasis of peace and the breakfast are so great!!!

I wish I had booked an upstairs apartment for a better view.

Eco House is a great place to stay. Centrally located and was able through our lovely host arrange a rental car delivered to the property. They picked us up from the ferry and dropped us at the airport after the stay, which was so convenient, and takes the stress out of traveling. The pool area is fantastic. We had a home cooked breakfast delivered each day to our patio or pool. It was amazing, and really made for a great start each day. I will def go back next time I am visiting Santorini.

Everything was perfect!!!

The place is just right! It’s beautiful, tranquil, clean with exceptional service provided by Stamatina and Penelope!!! These women helped us with everything we needed, even drove us to the nearby store, so we don’t have to walk. BREAKFASTS!!! Breakfast was different every day freshly made and delivered to our patio every morning! I can’t stress enough…the staff made it a wonderful experience for us because they were genuine and just nice! Book it, won’t regret it! Ps renting a car is the smart option as public transportation is not very reliable. Driving there was fun, easy, and not expensive. Stamatina helped us with rental right away. THANK YOU STAMATINA AND PENELOPE!!!

Just be aware that you'll DEFINITELY need a car to get around easily as the hotel is very tucked away. The hotel was kind enough to arrange one at a great price for us after we saw that we would need one.

What a wonderful hotel, tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood away from the masses. Our room (Merope) was spectacular and very comfortable. The breakfasts were outstanding, served on our own little terrace which was a treat every morning. The hotel staff were simply amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We were only in Santorini for 2 days and while it was enough for sightseeing (too crowded and hot!) I certainly wished we could have stayed at the hotel longer!

Loved everything, absolutely nothing to dislike!

Stamatina and her team could not have been nicer and generous to us. Our apartement was beautifully furnished, well equipped and exeptionally clean. Very comfy beds! Every morning we woke up to a delicious, super fresh Greek breakfast served under a pretty pergola next to the pool. Every day breakfast was something different, just delightful! The pool area is amazing, perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. Stamatina kindly arranged a rental car for us which was delivered directly in front of the house. She gave us lots of great information and recommendations about Santorini, all spot on. Pick and drop off at the port/airport was fantastic, super friendly and well organised. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and we cannot wait to return! Perfect place of heaven!

Our Merope small apartment was gorgeous inside and out. We had a direct view to the sea and it was breathtaking. Stamatina and staff were so accommodating with everything. The breakfast was just divine and local.

There was nothing to dislike!

Fresh homemade unbelievable breakfasts served to our apartment patio. Immaculate contemporary apartment with superb facilities. Large jacuzzi right outside and crystal clear pool perfectly positioned. Fantastic staff lead by the lovely Stamatina. A must stay for anyone wanting to experience a chilled vibe in a fantastic, immaculately clean complex.
