The only surprise we had was that the shower was in the basement. Not that it is a deal breaker but it was just a first for us to have to go to the basement to take a shower.

The location was the best in Oia, it is exactly where everything is happening in Oia. The place was huge, super clean and very relaxing. The best part was the staff/hosts. They were so accommodating and always communicating. They took care of all our needs, even our laundry!

The hotel's location is perfect, it's on one of the highest points of Oia, which is one of the reasons why the view from the terrace on the Caldera, Oia and the sea is fabulous, and while others crowd the street looking for the beautiful view, you can enjoy it all from your terrace or jacuzzi! The jacuzzi on the terrace is a good size, just like the apartment itself. The host Paz was always available, and any request or question that arose, he found a solution and help almost immediately, for which I thank you again! I recommend the accommodation, you won't find a better value for money accommodation in Oia!

For sure, the price is expensive. But It wouldnt be realistic to think this accomodation can be cheap. Take it as an experience you have to feel.

The house is literally like you could imagine but better, for the 2 days I stayed there It totally felt like a dream. The pool is the highest in the area with outstanding caldera views that you will enjoy whithout feeling like everyones watching you. The house is totally separated in 2 areas by its own elevator, so It is possible for 2 couples to enjoy the place while having their own privacy. The pool is in the upper area and in the lower one you will have more views with your own private sauna in the bottom Finally, the host were super helpful, we had no idea how to use the sauna and they came to show us how. 10/10 would totally recommend

Nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect

Location was perfect! It has the best view in Oía. Paz was very helpful, she was in constant communication with us, making sure we had a great time. The room has everything needed to have a good time. Pictures don’t make justice to the place. It is very nice and we are planning to go back. We loved it!!

The A/C was barely working and it remained in the 80’s in the upstairs room the whole time. Downstairs it was a little cooler.

The main floor bedroom and upper floor bedroom and completely separate and accessible by the exterior or a very slow elevator. For us this worked great with teens but may not be ideal for a younger family.

Location and views are top notch. The photos don’t do the real thing justice. The unit is located right in the heart of Oia and along one of the main cobblestone paths. Shops, restaurants and bars are steps away yet it is still very safe and quiet.

Perfect location in heart of Oia. 2 great balconies. Hard to leave the villa to explore Oia when you have that view. Paz was extremely helpful before, during and post our stay, amazing reservations team.

We were met at our drop-off location and walked to the apartment. The apartment is stunning/spectacular. Views of Oia are incredible. Our plunge pool was amazing. The apartment was spotless and huge. Can't say enough good things about this location. Excellent!!

Not much. Few little things I will mention since we paid a lot for this: - its not a Hotel, So Breakfast gets ordered from outside and arrives packed. There’s no proper table in balcony to set it and have it properly. Breakfast tastes very good though. - Checkin was a bit of an issue since contact we had was not picking calls and we had to drag our bags ourselves and find the villa which was not easy. Person who received was not very professional and was not interested in much hospitality. He was very rude and told us “Its not a hotel” after paying so much. For breakfast also we had to ask ourselves, they didn’t communicate anything themselves. Another person (Paz) we communicated with was very professional and polite. - Third thing is AC, it was not particularly hot when we visited so it was fine but AC did not work at all.

Amazing location and views are probably the best in oia. Spacious room, hot tub was very good with Privacy in the balcony which is rare in oia. There are no stairs to the room, which is great.

We had a great time and enjoyed a lot. It was the best place I have ever been. I want to say "thank for all" to Yiannis Gkorakis who was in contact with us since we made the reservation and took a time to meet us at the suite. I would like to thank Yiannis once again for his kindness his understanding and for supporting us during all the time we were in the suit!!! For sure, I will come back soon!!

The best balcony in Oia. Privacy, clean and very kind people. My girlfriend was fascinated for this surprise! Ideal for a romantic stay!

We found Yannis unhelpful and did not communicate with us during our stay. After asking specific questions we found him unhelpful and evasive. Our initial contact with him was not pleasant. A few items in the villa did not have any power, specifically the dishwasher - which we were told “it was only for housekeeping”; an electric window - which we were told “you don’t need it”; the Hammam (sauna) which we asked about and were never given instructions for. Our transfer left us in an area in which Yannis was to meet us. We waited there in the hot sun after calling him, in which he casually came down and stood there. We were tired and hot and needed to get to the villa to rest. He appeared uncaring and boarded on rude.

It was spacious. Incredible views. It was clean. Paz was very helpful and accommodating.
