The spiral staircase was a little steep but this added to the feeling of isolation which we liked.

Perfect location in the lovely village of Old Alikanas. Wonderful secluded balcony with beautiful views of the sea and Kefalonia. Especially comfy bed and very efficient air-con with a useful quiet setting for nights. Apartment had everything we needed. Owners were extremely friendly and answered any queries immediately. We loved the local sandy beach with sun beds and shades (just €8) and the Shoestring taverna next to it.

All was good

The location was excellent with beautiful view of the sea, mountains and the distant island of Kefalonia. The sea waters were crystal clear, safe for swimmers and very warm. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. We were especially impressed with the furniture and decor of the rooms. The original paintings in the rooms were delightful. Thank you for a great and relaxing summer.

The stairs to the loft can be a workout with luggage but well worth it!

We booked it for the view and were not dissapointed. The little terrace was where we spend all our time when we were in. Alykanas is a small vilage, much more quieter than Zante, even not so far away, and that's what we liked. The accomodation is about 15 min walk from the main street, less than 5 min if you drive. The loft is very cute and cozy, not luxurious but if you want auntenthic experience of Greece, its just the best. All essentials are there-fridge, kettle, coffee maker for filtered coffee, even oven with stoves. Andreas mum greeted us, took us to the supermarked, waited for us to buy all essentials we might need such water and snack, and took us to car rental place too.Way beyong our expectations!!

Fantastic location and views was amazing Short walk to the beach We stayed in the roof top apartment which was what we wanted in an apartment Not appropriate for anyone not mobile due to stairs and no lift Apartment very clean and with everything you would require Owners was very accommodating and friendly. Very helpful especially when the air con stopped working they proved an electric fan until fixed by engineers

Very nice apartment with fantastic location. We had a sea view and could hear the sound of the sea which was located 100 m. from the building. The area is calm and in a distance from the noisy city center. The beach is just behind the corner as well are as some nice restaurants with local cusine. The apartment is comfortable and clean. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It's been a fantastic family holidays which we'd remember for a long time!!

The parking situation was a bit confusing in the beginning but we got the hang of it after awhile :)

The place is really clean and well taken care off! The views you get from the loft are simply amazing since the beach its literally a small walk away. The host is also really lovely and helpful! Would definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Zakynthos anytime soon😊

We stayed on the first floor. The furniture is quite old, and the separate beds have spring mattresses, which are somewhat uncomfortable. They should be replaced. The sink and shower get clogged daily. Considering the temperature is over 35 degrees, the trash bin should be emptied daily. A toaster and some sharp knives for cutting would be useful. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The accommodation is very close to the sea in a quieter area. The terrace offers a sea view, so having breakfast there was a pleasure. Air conditioning is a bonus. The host was very kind.

Many dogs barking at night, bring earplugs. Spiral staircase would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues

Comfortable studio, good for cooking, very comfortable bed, good shower, two super balconies with views. Walkable distance to alikanas beach. Very clean, would recommend!

This location is just amazing, especially the upper apartment in which we stayed for 14 nights. The host and his mum, who is doing a great job cleaning everyhting and who even drove us to the supermarket on the first day, are very friendly and helpful. You can just ask the host anything, what to do where on the island, just text and get a reply with info about the requested areas. The view on the sea from the balcony is fantastic, often you can hear the waves during day and night. There are about 3 beaches within 15 minutes of walking distance, many small supermarkets, shops and restaurants in Alikanas as well as Ammoudi. Plus there's a sweet cat that welcomed us every day. This makes 11 out of 10 point for this late season stay there:-)

I have stayed in this apartment many times over the last 10 years & I adore it. The accom is excellent, balcony brilliant, garden breathtaking all set in a beautiful place. Kiki looked after us so well. i can't praise the Photographers enough!

It was very cosy, quiet and nice place. Very good location, 3 minutes walk to sandy, beautiful beach. We loved it, we stayed here for a week and it was like home for us. The view was amazing. Hosts are very friendly and helpfull. Highly recommend.

Fantastic see, very clear,warm, calm, quiet place with just few people. No traffic, in the morning you can hear just dog and rooster, really village atmosphere. I never spent my holiday in the same place twice, but i think that will be exception.

It's a small paradise, the apartment is very clean and stylish, there is everything that you need , the view from the room is spectacular, close to the sea. The place is very relaxing.

I was disappointed that the mini-market had closed. As a non-car driver & arriving at 7pm, fortunately our host drove us to the Spar in Alikanas. Next time I will ask for basics to be bought for us in advance.

This was my seventh visit. I love the apartment, the view, it's proximity to the beach, the people who live there, Kiki who looked after us. The availability of three restaurants within walking distance
