Room was much smaller than the pictures indicated. We had a room with two twin beds and a queen bed. The beds were hard but the pillows were and bedding were okay. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom and room was not great and detracted from the stay.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. The location is excellent and very close to all of the sites and the metro. Very easy to use this as a base for all of our tours in Athens.

The location was amazing, in the heart of Athens, near the hill of Acropolis. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

First room was terrible, plumbing problem with the room we originally booked, and the substitute was in the basement. The staff was awesome and Madame it not so bad. Second room came with a view.

It would have been useful to have a bottle of water in the room, and a balcony facing the Acropolis would have been nice.

When I arrived, found some hair in the bed, but they immediately changed the sheets to my request. Also, the WiFi was quite weak.

The staff were great! Especially Grace and Jenny, always there to help and answer any questions. The location is exceptional, right in the heart of things but also fairly quiet, 10 minutes walk from city centre and 15 from the Acropolis.

The bathroom was tiny and wet. Our room was small, but the balcony overlooked the walking street, so no real complaints. Bring earplugs. The city is noisy.

The staff at Phidias were all very helpful. The breakfast was really good. The location is amazing! It was easy to go out and come back from all the best sites.

We had no electricity for 24 hrs. Couldn’t charge my phone, couldn’t shower. We were giving candles and lighter.

Hard to get taxi to arrive at the door step. However, the taxi stop area is very near just few doors away.

I love the cosy, casual and the hommy and friendly environment. The room quality is definitely valued for money. The location so perfect and near to all main attractions such as acropolis and surrounded by so many nice cafes. Love the vibes

The only 2 negative things is that the mattress is hard and the bathroom smelt like cat urine.

Room was a bit small for 3 of us but that’s probably the case for most families of 3 in 1 room.

Fantastic location, 5-10 min walk to the Acropolis, 5 min walk to nearest metro station. Hotel room was small for the 3 of us but sufficient when there’s so much to do outside. Pressure in shower was good and there was a surprisingly powerful hairdryer. Daily room service with new towels supplied and luggage room to store luggage after checkout. Really helpful staff and reliable wifi.

The power was out when I first arrived which is not the property’s fault but it was inconvenient. I had sent a message through booking and via email and did not get a response from them before my arrival.

Great location. Within walking distance to everywhere around the Acropolis. Good view of the Acropolis (very pretty at night when it is lit up). The room was clean and served well as base location and to sleep.
