The owner was amazing - very helpful and accommodating. It good value for money. We stayed here after our flight to Santorini before we moved over to Oia. Was close to restaurants and supermarkets and had a pool and pool bar where we had our morning coffee. Would definitely stay again

The pictures are very deceiving. No pool. When we were first got into the room, it was clean but very stuffy. The remote for aircond is not functioning so we had to keep going to the office to replace it. Towel and pillow need to be requested, it wasnt prepared in the room. Equipments in the room are poorly maintained, not enough pots to use. Sinks are clogged. On our last day, there were blackouts and no running water, had to wait almost an hour. If you are looking for just a good night sleep then you can.

The location is perfect near to all the touristy attraction.

We checked out after one night after arriving late in the evening for an intended stay of 7 nights. Unfortunately, we checked out in the morning and booked alternative accommodation as soon as we could. The room was very dirty, fridge was covered in mold and dirt and not even plugged in, bedding did not appear to be washed and beds were poor quality. Before going to address these issues with staff in the morning I found a needle outside of our room, presumably drug paraphernalia. This was the final straw and nothing would have kept us in the hotel after this. We perhaps stayed a total of 8-10 hours before checking out and the Hotel has refused to issue any form of refund. Avoid. Dirty Poor quality beds Old and damp Needles outside the room Towels stained and yellow.

I think they must have some good (refurbished?) and some bad rooms judging by the reviews, they’re either a 1 or a 10! Mine was right on the main road so didn’t sleep at all, couldn’t have the doors open because of the fumes and dust, bed linen was stained and had holes, lots of different other peoples hair everywhere, smelled of cat urine, dirty walls, rusty shower hose and plug holes, the room generally needs ripping out, fumigating and starting from scratch! it’s also a 30 minute walk to Parissa, but there is a bus stop nearby, it’s actually closer to Emporio so not sure why it’s called Hotel Perissa?

The location greece is for fit people who can go up and down steep roads. Very very expensive here too You can see greece in 2 to 3 days max It gets very boring after that In hotel perissa there is NO PROPER RECEPTION AREA, If you arrive late there a poor old 90 year old grandma will help you take your suitcases to your room. There is no night lighting outside and quire spooky at night. My room was full of cigarette smoke everywhere in bedding too I ended with asthma attack on arrival there. They use their dining room as reception in a very dim area. It's is NO WELCOMING HERE AT ALL Greece is very very expensive If you want taxi it's 40 euro on way to town centre. The bus stop I'd near but on STEEP HILL. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WATER HERE.... As tap water is SALTY HERE. Hotels in greece DONT EVEN GIVE YOU MAIN FACILITIES eg Water, kettle, iron. I don't recommend anyone to come here. Every thing is old type in these hotels in greece.

I didn't get great sleep because of location of hotel, very noisy Uncomfortable beds Dirty bedding, fridge and burnt hairdryer Old broken furniture in the room Very little English from staff They don't clean the rooms everyday The air con/ heater in the room wasn't working so I was cold most of the time I had someone bang on my door 9am in the morning saying I have to check out when check out wasn't until an hour later, also asked me for some euros 👀

1) First of all I was having difficulty locating the hotel. The picture is the photo is different. The app said check-in time is 12:00 am - 12:00 pm. On reaching the reception around 10:30 pm I found out it was completely dark and the door was closed from inside. 2) The charging ports in the room didn’t work unless you kept on the room lights. 3) There were no tissues papers in the toilet. 4) The room was extremely cold

What we didn't like? The vibe was absolutely awful. I couldn't work out what was happening with this place, but something weird with owners and stuff that made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Not close enough to the beach (but not a problem for young people). Good for bus stops to travel around and supermarket and coffee shop nearby.

What did we like? Not much. I guess we managed to convince them to give us a room with a balcony, instead of the room they offered - which was the absolute worst room I was ever offered (without windows and with the view through the door of hanged laundry bedsheets. Maybe this was the trick to appear that they were giving us a better room, and yes, we were more satisfied with the room given than the first one that was offered. So trick obviously works, but it's not a good business).

Room was a little dated and basic but had everything you needed. Hairdryer didn't work but I wasn't too bothered as my hair dried quickly in the heat.

Good sized clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice little balcony, lovely pool and pool bar, wine was very reasonably priced, meals available to purchase during the day, we had a delicious crepe one morning. Staff very friendly and helpful, I would strongly recommend if you are going to the airport use the hotels transfer as its cheaper and readily available, do not rely on the buses. Good location, on a main road with a bus stop not too far away.

Location was fantastic, quite central to beaches and town and they stayed up till 1 am for me to check in, what an amazing couple running the place, I was very very happy. Even gave us a couple of bottles of water for free.

I was shocked that hotels like this still exist. It was dirty, almost everything in the room was broken or older than me. Staff doesn’t speak English so it’s impossible to solve any problem. Or they pretend that they don’t understand. I haven’t seen staff that don’t respect there guests so much. Mattresses were so used and old! Very uncomfortable. Bed linen dirty, they didn’t change it. All the room was dirty and sticky. Even if you are traveling all the time and come in the room only to sleep I recommend you to look for other hotel, it’s not nice after busy day to lay down in dirty and uncomfortable bed. Towels the same-always dirty and used that it looks like a dirty rug, not a towel. In the room there was no hair dryer, no dining table, no chairs, fridge was nearly dead.. All these things had to be according to rooms description. Food in the hotel restaurant very poor, it’s better to go outside, it’s nice restaurant near hotel. Even in the hotel restaurant everything was dirty. For example I noticed that they don’t wash mixers and glasses are not washed, but they just rinse it with water.

Good swimming pool. Big enough for adults and safe for children. Bus stop near hotel. Very close to good food store and restaurant. Not very far from the beach.
