Next door room was separated by a wall, and a wooden door in it. So conversations and noise of the next room was easily heard. Most probably, this is not the case in all rooms. The link in booking.com did not lead directly to the hotel, specially that I was driving a rented car. But the location is easy.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities were very good. The location is right on the main street, but at the same time off the street, so it was enjoyable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pools are great, and very relaxing to sit by them.

Just sad we could see fires across the bay from our room. We didn't have water for over a day but we understood there was a need to redirect resources for firefighting.

Having to pay 10 euros per night for A/C. Studios based up a steep hill, not a problem for us bur be aware.

charge a lot for optional air conditioning. no sound proofing - can hear all your neighbours - can be very noisy. if you are looking for quiet this may not be your place 🤔

Cleaning was questionable, think we had our sheets changed twice in 7 nights? They run a mop over the floor but that's about it.

Food at Snack Bar was excellent and the Hotel cannot be faulted for location, perfect.

I know everyone has said it but the air con. So expensive really on what you’d expect as a basic essential in 40 degree heats. It doesnt even stay on while you’re out the room it only kicks in when you activate the electric which is done by some sort of magnet on the room key. You cant even leave an old tesco club card in over here, theyre on to it. And dont try and take the key off the magnet, its soldered. You cant have a warm shower in the morning as the hot water comes from tanks on the roof that heat up in the sun.

Great location. On the main road but set back, access to all the bars and shops is easy! Pool was lovely. Rooms were basic but spacious. The views are spectacular from the rooms at the top on the property.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. From start to finish we had an amazing time. The location is just perfect at the top of Beach Road and just across from the main strip. Everyone we dealt with was welcoming, kind and helpful. We will definitely recommend to all of our friends and family and we'll be staying again!

This was the most disappointing accommodation during our entire trip. Almost nothing worked in the studio: the wi-fi, the phone, the TV, the lights in the corridor (try to unlock the door in the dark!), etc. When we asked for these to be fixed, the receptionist was rudely arrogant, refusing to even apologize, saying that "she did not necessarily believe that we were telling the truth". Until the end of our stay, no one came to fix these things except the lights. The hotel refused to give us the invoice for the stay, saying that we have to ask booking.com for this. This was just absurd. The breakfast was not bad, but you are allowed just one small cup of tea or coffee or water, if you wanted more you had to pay for it. The waiters ignored us so we had to go and ask them if we can finally order something. Also, the accommodation is quite far from the beach. The beach has big sharp stones in it so be careful, especially with kids. Overall, a major disappointment.

Everything was very nice. No complaints. We had a pool and sea view from our room. It was lovely. If you struggle with walking there are steps in various locations around the rooms hotel and pool areas so could cause you problems.

The pools and pool bars and restaurant were great. Staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was amazing and seating area upstairs had amazing views of the pool and surrounfing area. . The hotel is right opposite the beach road with only a 5 min walk down hill to the amazing sandy and gently sloping clear sea beach and more amazing bars and restaurants.
