The villa is spacious and clean. It faces to the sea and with great view. The breakfast is great with lots of options for us to choose. The croissants and bread served are warm and fresh.

The hot tub could have been hotter and it was hard for us to get english language on the TV...not that we had time to watch much TV.

The villas were perfect for our group of 5. Location was spot on for the view and access to everything in Oia. Our breakfast every morning on our outside veranda overlooking the caldra was a perfect start of the day. The amenities were above average. The hot tub was an added bonus (only had time to use once).

Can't think of a single thing that could be improved.

Our hosts were very gracious and welcoming! The view, the breakfast, the welcome snack/drink, the hot tubs and patio - all amazing! Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen area met all our needs, and we'd stay here again and again. Our hosts helped with arrangements for laundry, holding our luggage on our day of departure, and our drive to the airport. They were great about anticipating our questions and needs during our stay.

everything was great! Konstantino was such a welcoming person! He made us feel at home and was always attentive of our needs. the view from the villa is great! literally everyone stops in from to take pictures of the view. we would have breakfast outside and ppl will pass and just stare at us but we didn’t care we enjoyed the attention even the jacuzzi was great! I loved that everything was so close by. I will definitely will be recommending to friends and family and if I get the chance to return to Greece we will definitely stay here again! we were a family of 6ppl total.

It was right on the walk path so a bit too many people staring into/onto the patio. Not a big issue and wouldn’t deter me from this place considering the payoff of the view!

The two bedrooms share the bathroom in the master bedroom. while the hot tub is great; many passerbys walk between you and the view. as typical in Santorini, do not flush paper or you will have a problem.

Beautiful location with great view of the caldera. Konstantinos was a great host and the location in Oia was great. The Room was very nice and the breakfast was wonderful every morning.

The villa was absolutely phenomenal. located on the main strip of Oia, we felt like the luckiest people in the world! The breakfast was such a wonderful treat this morning and Konstantino treated us like family.

Everyhting was great. There was nothing we disliked.

Simple but great breakfast, we could choos from several options the day before. The host - Constantinos - was super helpful, he asked us what do we want to do, gave us great recommendations, and basically he acted like a consierge, helping us booking transfers and programs. We had a great time! The hotel is right at the center, with a super view, and costs much less than the hotels around. And even if it is located very near the walks, and the centes, the walls are thick and it is super calm and quiet at the night!

It was MAGICAL! If you want to be separated but close to the centre this apartment is the best choice. It was beautiful and comfortable for 7 people! The breakfast was the best also! And the view… no words can describe! We will come back for sure!

The jacuzzi was not functionnal when we arrived and it took a day to be solved. The main street is just in front of the flat so there isn't too much intimacy

The apartment is well located and it was really clean and cosy. The daily breakfast and cleaning service were a plus. The host was always available and helpful.
