the coffee machine was a bit temperamental otherwise would function most of the time. the property is on quite a steep hill so beware if you rented a car as the parking is a bit tricky due to the cars parked outside the garage and the steepness. the location is great but it does cost a lot for transport services.

we had such an incredible time!! the place was the perfect size for what we needed. the views from the other villas were AMAZING! the cleaner was so lovely and the caretaker was always there to help. Evan had been a wonderful host and helped me plan for our very first company trip ever.

A pick up / drop from the ferry should be included, especially since the last bit of climb to get to the Villa is really steep. I was told most other properties give a pick up or drop. A washing machine should be included in the equipment available at the Villa. The size of pool specified in the booking website

The old, dusty, abandoned car in front of the villa. It ruins the view and the aspect/vibe of the house.

We were pleasantly welcomed by Kate at the villa. Now, she is the perfect host. Right from the first moment, she gives you that wonderful vibe, as she has always waited to introduce you to the island atmosphere. She offerd the best tips regarding the surroundings, local taverns, the best beach clubs, or any other touristic objectives. She was of great help. The villa exceeded our expectations, it was big, airy, cozy, very clean, bright rooms, spacious and modern. The accomodation was one of the pros we had in Mykonos..

The washing machine was malfunctioning during our stay - it would wash but not fully rinse - but it did not take away from our enjoyment. The kitchen could use some dish towels as well.

I was in contact with Evan before and throughout our trip. He was extremely friendly and communication was prompt and concise. He checked us into the rental and it was perfect for our group of friends. There were 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms at Villa Thalia (it's a collection of villas within Pasithea). We had the privacy we needed and a great patio and living room with a beautiful view of the port and the sea. The rooms were clean and modern, and the bathrooms with generous toiletries were luxurious. The beds and linens were super comfortable, the AC was great, Wi-Fi strong and all rooms had great closet space. Cleaners come by everyday during the late afternoon while we were away which was perfect. We opted to use the taxi service they recommended, which is called VIP taxi I believe, and we had a wonderful experience with them and our driver George as well. The villa is walking distance from the port, but with luggage and the steep hill I recommend getting a car. We also sometimes walked 30 minutes toward old town, but not so safe to do so at night because of lack of sidewalks. Best to drive or call a taxi. There is a superintendent, Mr. Spiros, who stays in the bottom floor of the collection of villas, he is very welcoming and helpful. A huge plus was a local orange cat that would come by some nights and hang out with our group of friends, super cuddly. Also note, someone will come by at your time of check out to retrieve the keys and view the space.

Challenging drive from the main road to the accommodation. Fairly steep & rough road with 1 very tight corner with other vehicles parked making it just a bit difficult to pass. The bathrooms and shower can do a bit of updating

The best part of the stay, was the host. The gentleman couldn't speak English but helped us in every way needed & Possible. Have given a 9 instead of 8 because of him. Great location. Only a 2 minutes drive from the new port of Mykonos. Nice view of the port and the cruise ships coming Mykonos. Accommodation was fairly luxurious & spacious with a lovely swimming pool with amazing views. They have a pet cat. Children in the family loved it.

There is a steep hill to get to the property, who likes a steep hill? Anyway, it would never be a deal breaker, the villa was well worth the climb.

The property was spacious, clean and very well maintained. Ot was close to the pool and the views were absolutely stunning.

it’s spacious, nice view and very clean, the staff were very friendly and nice, and on the top of that it’s very secured not like other villas in Mykanos because there’s a security.

The location is not convenient for a short stay in Mykonos. To reach the villa you have to walk a very steep slope, nearly imposible to walk your suitcases up and much less to bring them down. This forces you to use taxi services to go to the port that is only a 5 minute walk. As other reviews had mentioned, there is no soap for wash dishes, no paper towels, no coffee maker (nothing basic for a stay). Walking to the supermarket to get this items also forces you to walk by a busy road without side walks. If I were to come back, I would prefer to stay in the Town of Mykonos. This location definitely feels remote.

Amazing villa with 5 bed rooms & each room have toilet , nice location near to the port . You can reach Myknoos town within 5 minutes. The service was 5 star all the staff they was very friendly . Special thanks to Mr Eivan

There was nothing we didn't like, but if we could have added anything to the villa ..it would be a couple extra pots and pans. As cooking breakfast for 7 people the more pans the better & maybe some tea towels also. Other then that truly great stay!

Amazing location, amazing views, amazing hosts & on site management. Nikos was there ready on our arrival to check us in and show us around and also on hand for any questions and query's we had. He also gave us an amazing list of places to visit. Our villa was gorgeous, clean and we had free parking for our bikes out front. The all day security (sorry didn't get his name) was one of the best parts of our stay too. He spoke not much english and we spoke not much Greek but he still made us laugh & smile everyday :) Would most definitely be returning to Pasithea Villas and couldn't recommend them enough!!!

The villa we stayed at was just perfect for a group of 8. It's positioned right next to the pool and the views are amazing from there, we couldn't believe it! It has a stylish design and you can tell that it is newly built. It had everything you need in terms of silverware, plates, glasses and there was cleaning every day. We want to thank Nikos for being a wonderful host and for allowing us to check in early (10 AM) and check out late (1 PM). Overall I believe this to be a best buy and definitely recommend it.
