Our stay at Paradisso Beach Villas in Zakynthos was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The accommodation itself is beautiful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional hospitality of the owner. Extremely helpful and welcoming, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their local knowledge and recommendations truly enhanced our visit, making us feel like we were part of the Zakynthos community. The location is ideal, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. It's a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. I think it would be better as a whole villa as having someone above us felt quite intrusive. They constantly played music and were quite noisy. Not the hosts fault but it felt less special having people watching you from the balcony.

The outdoor space is fantastic. Such a treat to be so close to the sea and to have a private beach.

having to leave

This is one of those very special places you immediately feel at home and never want to leave. Just truly all around a fantastic experience and exceptionally beautiful - the villas, the outdoor lounge areas and of course the beautiful sea and beaches. The pictures do not do it justice, because it is even more beautiful in person. Everything exceeded my expectations. I was so sad to leave. And actually ended up returning while on the same trip to stay here additional nights because it was just that special. Antonia is a fabulous host, so kind and will take excellent care of you. I already look forward to returning next summer!!

It is the second time that my husband and I have been there. Since 2021 a lot has changed. It has been already perfect back then that’s why we came back again however Antonia, the lovely host, has even achieved to improve the stay. Besides that the appartement is freshly renovated there are also new private Jacuzzis with a view on the sea. Everything ist very clean (daily serviced) and you can see that Antonia takes really care of everything! Not only you have a private entrance to the sea (only shared with the two other appartements) additionally you can use SUPs and a Kajak for free to discover the beautiful ocean! Antonia, thank you for the lovely stay and we will see each other again.

We had wonderful days staying at paradisso beach villas! The location was way over our exceptions. The pictures online cannot reproduce entirely the magic of the place. The house is elegant decorated in every detail and also very cozy. The quiet and private terrace on the sea gives wonderful views. The private access to the see is unique. The water is turquoise surrounded by vegetation. Antonia was an excellent host and gave us always great tips about restaurants and place to see on the island. We highly recommend a staying in this unique wonderful place, that we will keep in our hearth.

there is nothing not to like

For sure the best place on the whole Island. The rooms are pretty and immaculately clean, the outside area is very beautiful and inviting, there are several accesses to the water and it´s also a great spot for snorkeling. Minna, the cleaning lady, is coming every day. (please don´t forget to tip her, she is doing a great job). Antonia, the owner is the best part of it all. She is helpful and considerate. I fell in love with her as well as with her property. I wish I would´ve never had to leave....I had a beautiful stay! thank you very much!

Nothing : it was all brilliant !

fantastic setting, lovely interiors and fabulous outside spaces. Set on a small headland where you get to watch the sun rise and the sun set and can dip into the warm Ionian sea 2 steps away from your comfortable sun lounger! Antonia us a generous and caring host for whom nothing is too much trouble! We will definitely be back!

The very well designed villa has amazing sea view, garden with palms and pine tree. Beautiful private beach, the public beach just a few steps away is sandy, perfect for kids. Kitchen is well equipped, cleaning lady is coming every day. Very peaceful area, busy tourist village is 7min by car. The owner is a super kind, helpful and caring lady. We will come back again.

The Wifi was often really bad, but i think this is an issue on the whole island and not a problem of the siteowner. it was that bad also on several other locations

The owner was onsite and we had a very nice welcome. the room had lovely furniture, A/C and a well sorted kitchen. on the second day we got a selfmade apple-zimt-cake for free. i would come again!

Everything was perfect

The villas are set in a grove of old palm and pine trees surrounded by beautiful gardens and pithoi and they are set on a headland right on the sea. Our apartment had a balcony and a large covered terrace with the most incredible view of the sea and Cephalonia in the distance. The villa was very well designed to a high standard , with a well equipped kitchen , great bathroom and bedroom, and a large seating area and outside eating on the terrace. A few steps from the villas there is a superb sandy beach, with a crystal clear sea and safe bathing for children. A few yards away from the apartments there is the most excellent family run restaurant , we ate there every evening it was so good.Antonia the hostess was fantastic and speaks excellent English and is there to help at all times.

Certainly not luxury or a paradise when describing the apartment itself. It is very tired and needs a new kitchen and things fixed inside.

The location is excellent but we had two weeks of rain so couldn't really make the most of the location.
