Units 2 and 3 are below Unit 1 on the ground floor and can operate independently of each other. Unit 2 comprises a double bedroom which has absolutely no view. The window in the bedroom looks out onto a blank wall at the rear of the property. Off that bedroom is another single bedroom (with a small window looking at the back wall). The only way of passing out of the unit from that room is to pass through the master bedroom. Given this, that bedroom is therefore only really of use to a family member. Both bedrooms are very dark even in daytime. There is a separate shower room with a sink and a toilet which leads off the sitting area which has kitchen counter. Unit 3 comprises a large bedroom with a view out over the town. There is a separate shower room with shower, toilet and sink. In the same room (which is L shaped) there is a kitchen counter. There is a utility room between the two units which contains a washing machine. Our problem was that we really needed four separate (non-connecting) bedrooms and there were only three, so our single lady was forced to sleep on a sofa bed in the main sitting room in Unit 1. This was clearly unsatisfactory and not what we thought we had booked. We asked for a discount from the owner of the property, but this was refused. We made the point to the owner that we felt the villa had been misrepresented on Booking.com – hence this review. This villa would work for three couples (with or without children) but not otherwise. Putting a plan of the villa onto the website would prevent any misunderstandings arising in the future. There is a small swimming pool on the top level in front of the villa which several of our party used. However, be warned – there is an outlet in one corner of the pool, which is not covered which could, through suction, cause a serious problem is someone’s hand or arm got caught in it. There is ample car parking available.

Please read this review very carefully before booking this villa. This review ignores the Booking.com layout. Panoramic Villa, Tolo, is perched up high above the town of Tolo (It is 400 feet above sea level). Access to the villa is up a long, steep rough track (suitable for cars). This track is not lit at night. A car is absolutely essential to get you to and from town. We were a party of 7 (three couples and one single person) – all of us were Seniors. We stayed in this villa for one week in September 2024. On Booking.com the villa is presented as one villa which can accommodate 10 people. Although, in principle, this is accurate there are several drawbacks that potential hirers need to be aware of. The villa can be split into three separate apartments. The main apartment (unit 1) is on the top level and comprises a spacious kitchen/diner sitting room and one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room with sink and toilet. There is also a large dressing room (which has no windows) but which accommodate a child. The bedroom has a standard sized double bed, facing the window, which has a fantastic view out over the terrace and over the town and bay and to the mountains beyond. The lighting in the bedroom is good. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, an induction hob, grill and oven, but no dishwasher. While we were there, we requested a kettle (which was supplied) and a toaster (that was not). There is also a small shower room off the kitchen/diner/sitting room. There is access to the outside from the kitchen diner and also an internal staircase down to the ground floor. So that apartment can be sealed off from the rest of the villa, but it would only accommodate two people in normal bed (with or without a child). The sofa in the sitting area could be converted into 2 single or one double bed.
