Very great views of the sea and sunset. Direct and easy access to the hike from Oia to Fira. Couple minute walk to a great restaurant Finika. The Host Zoe was very helpful and went over and above. Bus stop right down from the property to get around.

We are in love with this place!!! The location is amazing, close to Oia, restaurants and bus station in the same street. To be honest, the best was the staff, Zoe was amazing. She took care of us the whole time. We are very grateful for her. We highly recommend this stay!!!

If one is not a fan of walking or waiting for the bus, then you might want to find somewhere nearer within Oia.

It was a very good stay. We had 5 star treatment from our host, Zoe. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Zoe was very responsive. There is a bus stop right in front and you could stop there from Fira, or get the bus to Oia. Otherwise you can walk 15-20 mins .

It’s not really on the negative side, but installing a bidet on the toilet would probably be more convenient. Overall our room is very clean with enough facilities, and the space is enough for us, not too big/small.

The staff, especially Zoe/Nykos, were very friendly and helpful, and provided exceptional service not just during our stay but even before we arrived. They were very prompt and responsive on our requests/questions and helped us secure airport transfers and catamaran tour booking. More power to the team!

Fantastic location, 20 min away (scenic walk) from the heart of Oia. Zoe helped us multiple times with logistics and gave advices and good recomendations, she was a lovely host. The room was super clean, we got our towels renewed, the shower had good pressure. The view from the balcony was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing I don’t like. Just be mindful that when going back to accommodation from Oia - you either walk back 15mins or get a taxi . Bus will take you to Fira first then back to Oia and ask the driver to drop you off at Finikia . Last trip of bus is 10pm .

Comfortable wide bed. Clean . View from the balcony is a bonus. Exceptional host . Zoe and Niko very accommodating. They even fetch us in Fira town on arrival. Communication was excellent. Zoe gives us a lot of helpful information. Thank you guys.

Incredible value and the perfect location if you have a scooter! This place is wonderful for sunset views being up so high, and we had all the privacy in the hot tub to enjoy the views alone. The communication is the best I’ve had from any Airbnb or hotel and the promptness in messages and assistance in finding places from Nikos and Zoe the hosts was 10 star. They really made this place stand out with their attention to detail and thoughtfulness they even left a chilled bottle of wine and warmed the hot tub up for us when we were on our way. We felt like we got a steal of a value for this place and I researched a lot of places before choosing this one but the five stars all around don’t lie! Absolutely stellar would highly recommend. Also literally right outside the porch is a 3 minute walk to join the famous hiking path from Fira to Oia where you can see both sides of the ocean on this cute church from the top

The property is very well situated about one mile from main tourist area of Oia and an easy walk to get there. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The view is great and the hot tub a must! The staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

This accomodation was the highlight of my 3 month trip. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made sure everything was perfect. Location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed being away from the business of Oia, but it was easily accessible by road, or by a very scenic cliff-side path to the outskirts of Oia. The View from the accommodation was sensational, and perfect to watch the sunset should you find Oia too crowded. Parikia also has some very nice restaurants to choose from, and the bus stop is directly opposite the driveway of the accommodation. The hosts are also extremely helpful and super friendly. Clealiness of the room and even tge quality of the shower products they provided were superb.

The walk to the town was fine for us but wouldn’t be suited to everyone. The views along the way were lovely. Buses and taxis are available.

The view from the room was lovely. It is a spacious place, big modern bathroom and the whole place was very clean. Lovely outside space and hot tub.

There is no microwave, but there is an oven in the studio.

The location was very convenient, the facilities very comfortable and clean, the view was spectacular!! The jacuzzi was really a highlight!! Zoe, the host, was so welcoming and lovely! She received us so warmly and gave very good suggestions on what to do in the island.

AMAZING! Everything is as in the pictures. The young lady in charge of reception welcomed us warmly and explained how it all works with the room and jacuzzi. View is incredible, and if you go by bus Finilkia bus stop is just 3 min away from them. Amazing to see the sunset, have dinner/breakfast outside , there’s dining table with two chairs in the terrace, two sun beds near the jacuzzi. You will be so relaxed They have salt and oil in the kitchen, which is good so u don’t have buy whole products during a short stay
