The property is very well situated about one mile from main tourist area of Oia and an easy walk to get there. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The view is great and the hot tub a must! The staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

This accomodation was the highlight of my 3 month trip. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made sure everything was perfect. Location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed being away from the business of Oia, but it was easily accessible by road, or by a very scenic cliff-side path to the outskirts of Oia. The View from the accommodation was sensational, and perfect to watch the sunset should you find Oia too crowded. Parikia also has some very nice restaurants to choose from, and the bus stop is directly opposite the driveway of the accommodation. The hosts are also extremely helpful and super friendly. Clealiness of the room and even tge quality of the shower products they provided were superb.

Lovely hotel, such warm and beautiful people, gorgeous and cute little cats both Mummy and baby. They really went out of their way to make you feel welcome, it felt like home. The jacuzzi was amazing as were the views, close to everything, thanks for the memories 🇬🇷☕️🌅

The walk to the town was fine for us but wouldn’t be suited to everyone. The views along the way were lovely. Buses and taxis are available.

The view from the room was lovely. It is a spacious place, big modern bathroom and the whole place was very clean. Lovely outside space and hot tub.

There is no microwave, but there is an oven in the studio.

The location was very convenient, the facilities very comfortable and clean, the view was spectacular!! The jacuzzi was really a highlight!! Zoe, the host, was so welcoming and lovely! She received us so warmly and gave very good suggestions on what to do in the island.

AMAZING! Everything is as in the pictures. The young lady in charge of reception welcomed us warmly and explained how it all works with the room and jacuzzi. View is incredible, and if you go by bus Finilkia bus stop is just 3 min away from them. Amazing to see the sunset, have dinner/breakfast outside , there’s dining table with two chairs in the terrace, two sun beds near the jacuzzi. You will be so relaxed They have salt and oil in the kitchen, which is good so u don’t have buy whole products during a short stay

The unit has everything you need for a short stay. The Jacuzzi is just perfect while watching a great sunset. The staff is the highlight of your stay for sure. Zoe is a great host and extremely helpful with anything you need. Thanks a lot for all the help. I highly recommend this place.

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Walking to center Oia is easy with a 20 minutes walk and astonishing sea view. The host, Nikos, was nice and helped us with every question since before the vacation. The people (and the cats) were amazing. The overall experience was too good to be true.

I could not recommend staying here more. The apartment and the views were amazing, with a bus stop at the end of the road every 20 minutes to bring you to the centre of Oia (2 minute drive or 15 minute walking). The host could not be more helpful. They were so kind and could not do enough for us, we really appreciated it. 10/10 review from me, we would definitely go back.

Absolutely amazing place to stay!!! Far from the crowd and the best sunset ever!! Walking dostance to the center of Oia. Our host Zoey was wonderful and friendly. Definitely recommend!!! Useful tip - the hair dryer in the room was better than the ones used in hotels :):)

It’s just a bit of a further walk to center of oia then we expected but that’s on us for not planning super well.

Beautiful location- great sunsets and sunrise, private terrace with hot tub and lounge chairs. The staff was super super friendly and helped us make an itinerary and her cat was so cute.
