We stayed in a standard room, the view was great. It was very relaxing and there were sun beds to laze at. There is a slope up to the accommodation but the staff can help to bring them up from the shuttle n down when you check out. I loved the breakfast, it was truly outstanding. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

After we checked out and had settled our bill, we used the pool facilities as our flight was not until the evening. Upon departure the receptionist asked us if we had taken 2 coffees by the pool and could we pay for them. We had not taken the drinks and told her so. She then asked us again if we were sure we had not had the drinks, as they had been taken under our room number. This was really insulting as we had already told her that we had not taken the coffees. It left us with a bad feeling as we departed at the end of which was otherwise a lovely experience. Asking once would has been fine, but to persist and question us again was insulting.

The location, the swimming pool, the view from the room, the linen and cleaning, the breakfast and service as well as lunch and staff. The rooftop bar and views in the evening were spectacular.

Our room - 301 was very close to the street and with corresponding street noise at night. There were 2 nights when we had to contact reception due to the noise. Not happy!!!

The view was exceptional; the breakfast was very good; the room was large and the staff were very helpful.

Excellent location. Wake up to a fantastic 180 degree view of the Aegean sea overlooking the caldera, Thirissia island, the southernmost and northernmost tips of Santorini. The proximity to restaurants and main fare. Breakfast is so good with many choices on menu, at rooftop of the hotel.

Staff great, Very helpful and nice. Helped us with reservations, taxis and lugging suitcases. Rooftop breakfast excellent. Perfect location on the cliffs overlooking the caldera.

The only thing I can say was we had trouble locking the second level suite door but otherwise nothing bad at all!

We had a suite with a hot tub in April. When the pool was a little cold the hot tub was a dream. Loved the views, location and breakfast location and food was amazing--- and included with breakfast! The staff were so attentive and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing - food and views. I'd definitely recommend!

The only negative was that it was noisy at night so our sleep was interrupted.

Staff fabulous, the view spectacular, we were thrilled with the breakfast. The staff was very helpfull, gave us great dining suggestions, arranged a tour and found us transportation to and from the airport.

Nothing. It is a magical place. There is nothing to dislike

We booked 4 rooms. They were not very spacious BUT they all had fabulous views of the caldera. The shops and eateries were so close to the hotel. The beds were comfortable. Our luggage was kindly brought to the hotel by the lovely porter at our car drop off. The breakfast area was amazing. the breakfast too, was lovely - not buffet style but served according to what we ordered.

The staff were helpful but seemed somewhat disinterested - maybe end-of season blues had set in. The porter of my luggage was particularly unpleasant in his demeanor which soured made my departure, which was a shame.

The hotel is located in the middle of Fira and right on the escarpment. The view from the very small balcony is magnificent including a perfect view of the Santorini sunset. The room was well appointed with a particularly comfortable bed. Breakfast is served at a roof top restaurant and the selection is good.

Pool was a little far but thats ok amazing view!

The best hotel ever! Literally the nicest staff, breakfast was so good, more than just a buffet and the view is stunning. Room was so cute and pool was nice.
