Can't fault this hotel!

The location was ideally placed, right in the middle of Fira. Close to everything you need including the town bus stop and all restaurants. Both the view from our room and the breakfast was exceptional. Every breakfast we had was delicious, plenty of options to choose between plus each breakfast came with fresh juice and delicious coffee. The lady who served us each morning at breakfast was so welcoming. 11/10 view!

The room didn’t have any drawers and little space for clothes, shoes, personal items. Vanity area was awkward and tiny. Other couples traveling with us paid similar prices and had much nicer rooms. Don’t choose room 402.

All the staff was wonderful. Location and view spectacular. Breakfast superb.

Pool is a ways to get to if you stay at the top! Someone came into our room and once we said hello they left with no explanation, a mixup in rooms but not a good feeling when you’re asleep

It's a beautiful property that is very close to the central Fira. Staff are very friendly and helpful. To our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a much bigger accommodation with our own private jacuzzi! The views to Caldera from the balcony were amazing. It's an oasis of tranquillity in the middle of a busy central Thira.

The room offered comfortable bedding, a hot tub within the room, as well as a balcony with incredibly views of the Caldera. We utilized the concierge frequently who helped up create a one of a kind trip and experience more than we could’ve planned ourselves. The staff were so kind and gracious towards us and are experts in hospitality. This hotel is a must if staying in Fira!

The steps down to the pool are intense if you have an injury or are not able. There is no other way to get down or up.

Absolutely phenomenal - the views from the room are well worth the cost. The pool is divine and the breakfast was the best we had anywhere in Greece.

We stayed in a standard room, the view was great. It was very relaxing and there were sun beds to laze at. There is a slope up to the accommodation but the staff can help to bring them up from the shuttle n down when you check out. I loved the breakfast, it was truly outstanding. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

After we checked out and had settled our bill, we used the pool facilities as our flight was not until the evening. Upon departure the receptionist asked us if we had taken 2 coffees by the pool and could we pay for them. We had not taken the drinks and told her so. She then asked us again if we were sure we had not had the drinks, as they had been taken under our room number. This was really insulting as we had already told her that we had not taken the coffees. It left us with a bad feeling as we departed at the end of which was otherwise a lovely experience. Asking once would has been fine, but to persist and question us again was insulting.

The location, the swimming pool, the view from the room, the linen and cleaning, the breakfast and service as well as lunch and staff. The rooftop bar and views in the evening were spectacular.

Our room - 301 was very close to the street and with corresponding street noise at night. There were 2 nights when we had to contact reception due to the noise. Not happy!!!

The view was exceptional; the breakfast was very good; the room was large and the staff were very helpful.
