Staff were really kind and helpful during a stressful situation. At the last minute, someone in the party fell ill and was not able to travel so we switched one of the plane tickets to someone else. They were really accommodating and kind and changed the room from a double to a twin without us even asking! They also gave us new sheets when we spilt a drink on the sheets. Loved having a kitchen.

We were given the top part of the property and had a wonderful view! We had a spa bath which was available 11am-11pm. There was a coffee machine, stove, pots, etc. Nectarios was very lovely! He told us we could send him a message any time of day for any help, advice, etc. He was very very welcoming and helpful. On our very first day, he recommended different routes and where we could go. He told us about Finikia Restaurant which was just a couple of minutes down the road. It was sooo delicious there, we had to eat there again for the last time before we had to leave Santorini!! Thank you for the recommendation. The accommodation is around 20-30 minutes away from the town centre. I have fallen inlove with Finikia and its people. I hope to be back again soon!!!

The property is an excellent elevated position giving terrific views down to Ia (Oia) and over the north coast to other islands. Our terrace was spacious with shade when needed. The room was a good size, well furnished and very comfortable. We had everything we needed- including a constant supply of hot water and tap water that is drinkable. There is a steep but short walk up to the edge of the caldera and to a church and to the path that runs between Ia and Fira. The views here are also spectacular.

Stunning views, quiet location. The property is a little out of the hustle and bustle. Perfectly suited to those hiring a car, being picked up on tours etc. OR if you like to walk and are staying in cooler months.

We couldn't get the AC to work in the room, but we kept the windows open and that helped with ventilation.

Mr. Nectarios offered a wonderful hospitality. He greeted us when we arrived, helped out with carrying the luggage up the steps, and was very welcoming. He gave us detailed orientation to the place and surrounding region along with accommodations. He helped with arranging transportation. He made himself available and gave us his phone number in case we needed anything. The sunset view was amazing!

If the jetted tub can be turned off during the evening so guests are not awaken by the noise of it automatically revving up, that will be great.

The staff personally welcomed us and provided information about places to eat, where to go for sunrise/sunset views, etc.

Whirlpool could have been warmer, max temperature of 30 degree

The location of the apartment was amazing. Just 15 minutes by walk from central Oia. Also it's on the walk from Fira to Oia and has a great sunset view with Caldera view just around 150m up the hills at a little church. The hospitality of Nectarios was amazing. When the whirlpool had a low temperature due to my mistake and while I was on my walk from Fira and Oia he took care that the whirlpool was warm again when I came back from my walk. Also on my last day I could leave my luggage for a few hours there and when I came exhausted by another walk back to the place I got offered juice and also water for my way back. The apartment is next to a bus station that you can take to get to Fira.

Nothing everything was perfect and if I will return to Santorini,, I will stay in it again.

I recommend the stay 100% I give it 10 of 10 =============== • *Location* is very very perfect.. It’s up on a hill that give amazing view (panoramic) to the see, down direct to it is the bus station which go to the center of Oia,, then goes to Fira. • *Services* Many many thanks to -*Nectarios*- Words cannot describe my thanks to him. If I know that I will be so happy and comfortable on the stay, I would reserve more days to stay, because of that good Man. He provided us with everything we need. • *Food* Attached kitchenette with all cooking utensils and accessories. all you have to do is bring your food and cook.

Bathroom is pretty basic

Great location, for a low cost Oia lodging, about 40 meters from the trail between Oia and Fira. It overlooks the caldera with sunset views from the property deck. The host is attentive and responsive and a very nice warm-hearted person. An induction hot plate and small refrigerator allowed us to prepare food from the grocery store (Lidl has fresh chocolate croissants for 0,65€!) as desired and there are wonderful restaurants nearby

Clean, comfortable apartment with good privacy from the neighbouring apartments, though it’s only a small building anyhow. Huge balcony with panoramic views to the coast and Oia town. Good parking off road .The best aspect for us was the immediate access to the walking trail to Oia and Fira just behind the property, plus a perfect spot at the little church 3 minutes walk away to view the sunset and the amazing views to the caldera and little island of Therasia. Nectarios, our host was very welcoming and helpful. Daily cleaning which was great. If you want a Santorini holiday away from the crowds but with easy access to all the sights couldn’t recommend more.

We LOVED our stay at Panorama Apartments!! The room was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed (small stove, plates/bowls, cutlery). The view outside was amazing, it was a 200 degree view of the island and the water, so beautiful. It was so relaxing sitting outside in the afternoon and watching the sunset, way better than going into Oia to watch it. It was a 20 minute walk from the centre of Oia, downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back. Such a wonderful location. It is on the walking track from Fira to Oia. We absolutely loved our stay and definitely recommend staying here!!!
