Firstly, when we arrived we were offered welcome drink and taken to our suite. Room was beautifully located near a cliff which just added to private atmosphere we were looking for. We booked junior suite with a private pool which just had perfect temperature for nice hot weather we were lucky to have. Room was always clean and towels, coffee pods, and water were daily restocked by lovely women named Maria. When comes to breakfast there is a lot to satisfy everyone (fresh pastries, coffee, juice, variety of eggs, and Greek yoghurt with fruit). The location is perfect if you are looking for an escape from busy crowds and city - peaceful quite and breathtaking sea view is must (and we did not mind to take 10 mins drive to city if we needed a change of scenery).

Lovely room, lovely place, staff were brilliant excellent breakfast, only down side miles away from anywhere. We didn't hire a car so was €30 each way for an evening out. No shops, bars, and restaurants (after site closed at 6pm)

Staff very kind and helpfull, suggested an excellent boat excursion. For 10 nights and for my family of four we've choosen a suite with 2 rooms, and it was a great decision. Two nice bathrooms, well equiped and spacious rooms a very comfortable living room, and last but not least a great balcony to enjoy the warm evenings. The location is very good, it is mandatory to have transport, but is really close to Fira and at 10 minutes from OIA. Really enjoyed the relaxed breakfast. I definitly recommend Palm Islands Suites.

Room could have been cleaned more thoroughly but other than that there was really nothing to dislike

We stayed at Palm Island Suites for 4 nights while on travels around Santorini, South of Greece and Peloponnese. This was first part of our trip. The hotel is set in a very peaceful location with amazing views of the sea, sunrises and moonrises. We really enjoyed our room and private pool. The location was very quiet. Great breakfast choices and food was really good. I would advise anyone staying here that you must rent a car as it is quite far from everything. The hotel restaurant closes at 6pm so bear that in mind. The hotel is almost new, it looks like it has just been built recently.

There was no curtain or blind on the door by the bed to the pool which had a light on all night and no blind meant early wake ups from the beautiful blue sky. This door needs a blind

No local shops / eateries/ or anything for that matte, had to hire a car to get about. Which was fine but an added expense. You had to be down before 10am for breakfast which we always feel is a rush when you’re on holiday.

The place is quite new. If you are looking for a place that combine tranquillity and it is close to Fira you have found it. It is about 9 minutes drive from Fira, 10 minutes to the airport and about 15 minutes from everything you’d like to visit. You will have access to the pool (if you don’t prefer to book a room with a private one). The staff is outstanding, especially for Vangelis, he has given us tips for restaurants all over the island and will help you with everything you need, you can text him at any time and he will provide for pretty much anything. The place is romantic and clean, we loved it.

I was not able to go for a swim in the sea, it was still cold for me. And our stay was too short for us to explore everything.

Everything! We were looking for a quiet and romantic place for our short spring break with my partner and we chose well! I'm still excited! On arrival, the receptionist surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite, which even had its own outdoor river pool! I can still see the beautiful view from our terrace and feel the sea breeze on my cheeks. I loved the interior design and furnishings, I could tell how much thought had gone into every detail, giving it a feeling of pure luxury and elegance. As the hotel had only recently opened, I expected everything to be new and perfect, but the reality far exceeded my expectations. The staff made our stay a memorable one, they were very polite and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable, they even asked if we wanted to have a romantic dinner by the pool. That was really nice. They gave us some insider tips for exploring the local area - wonderful beaches and some cultural attractions within easy reach of the hotel. We only spent a couple of days at the Palm Island Suites, but it feels like we had all the time we needed to relax and recharge our batteries. I would highly recommend the Palm Island Suites to anyone looking for a pampering escape! And I hope I’ll be able to return one day. Evcharisto!

There is not a single thing that I could think of mentioning!!!

My recent stay at Palm Island Suites exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the one-bedroom suite, I was greeted with an ambiance of luxury and comfort. The suite was spacious, elegantly furnished, and offered breathtaking views of the sea that I could never tire of. The highlight of each morning was undoubtedly the breakfast spread provided by the hotel. From freshly baked pastries to a variety of fruits and hot dishes, there was something to cater to every palate. The quality and variety of options ensured that each day started on a delicious note. Moreover, the attention to detail and impeccable service provided by the staff further enhanced my experience. Whether it was arranging transportation or offering recommendations for local attractions, they were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. The location of Palm Island Suites is also worth mentioning. Situated right by the sea, it offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life while still being conveniently located near popular landmarks and restaurants.

The rooms were dirty. The bed sheets were not changed before we got to the hotel. We advised the front desk who sent a housekeeper who was an older lady who claimed that she had changed the sheets, but when we showed her the sheets, they had other people's hair on them. She then changed the sheets for us. We then also advised the staff of the bug problem. There were dead ants all over the inside of the room. we also found ants in the bed before the sheets had been changed. Then we asked for bug spray to remove the ants and the insects that were entering the room the house keeper refused to give us the spray and refused for us to clean up the room using the hotels equipment. They have a handheld vacume that removed some of the dead ants. The hotel room floors never are mopped when advising the front desk they claimed that its the style of the tiles. I purchased floor wipes from the supermarket and cleaned up myself. We also purchased ant dust from the supermarket and sprayed around the hotel room to prevent any more bugs from entering. After this first stressful day and night, the remainder of the trip was pleasant because of the bar staff. However , the housekeeping was still very poor. Sad to see a modern 5-star resort with poor housekeeping.

Modern resort, big swimming pool designed to accomidate children as it is not deep. Wonderful bar and kitchen staff and front desk staff. These were very welcoming people. A quiet location away from the stress of Fira and Oia. Plenty of parking. Delicious food and drinks.

I got a suite with a really foul smell., luckily i can change the room the next day.. the pool is too cold to swim, its fine .. but the stay was really basic.. no amenities, not even dental kit was provided.. would not want to stay again.. but beautiful sunrise view 👍🏻

Breakfast didn't have any choice and same or similar everyday ,and restaurant and bar closed at 18.00 everyday We stayed in honeymoon suite and been told 2 months ago only opened shower area was already dirty and first day we arrived no water to take shower until night 8 o'clock. Door key given didn't open the door need to changed 3 times . It says there is a spa but there is not . Notting close by so u need a book taxi or rent a car . Swiming pool in the room not clean . Some staff was friendly but others just didn't seem to try to help at all and their excuse was place is just open 2 months ago ..

We booked here for 3 nights in May 2024 seeing the reviews in different sites. We booked it thinking it is kind of a hotel but this one is more like airbnb. It is very far from any place like restaurant or a pub. The location is very isolated.We called so many restaurants near by and no one was ready to deliver to this place. They do not have any in house restaurant or a cafe at the site. If you do not have a car, consider it is very struggling or next to impossible to go to any place or to go fetch some food. The room we booked was a suite with a private pool. The pool is big enough but we were not able to use it because of the cold water. It is not heated and the water was very cold even though it was sunny on that day. The most irritating part is the AC inside the room. We visited in May(starting of Summer in greece) but the room was like a burning oven. They claim to have an AC but it does not work at all. The complete night we tried to make it work. It switches on with little air coming from it but then switches off the next minute. It was a horrible experience for us. Their reception is closed after 8 pm and there is no one to help us as well. No toileteries were provided. There was no milk or creamer to make a coffee. No bath mats etc... All the reviews here with positive reviews looks fake to me. You can see their reviews in different sites and they are all similar. Kind of copy paste in different sites. If you are looking for a vacation and woudl like to spend some quality time, this is not the place to go.
