Comfortable modern space and well equipped with all facilities. Location is quite central to most tourist spots and excellent ease of access to any form of transport - Cabs, buses. The hosts were also polite and extremely accommodating.

The communication within the booking.com app works very poor. I got asked about my arrival time tho i put it while booking. I was asking if i could drop my luggage a while before checking which I got told would not be a problem. But then there was no-one there to open the door. And finally the owner came about 10 minutes after checking time to the apartment. Nothing dramatic, but not the way you want it to be either.

Super nice area, very comfortable, well designed and super bright apartments with two balconies and a beautiful rooftop.

Such a good apartment in a location that was a short walk from the centre of Athens and many tourist sites including the Acropolis. Our host Panagiotis was extremely helpful and provided a lot of useful information and was at hand to assist with any questions over whatsapp. The apartment was a great size, was fully equipped with everything you would ever need and more for a holiday and was stocked with quality food and drink for breakfast. I could not recommend Athens BlueBuildings highly enough and will be returning for sure.

Everything! The property had everything we could ever ask for, and it exceeded our expectations entirely! The location, the apartment, the facilities within the apartment, and the hosts themselves were perfect. The size of the apartment was amazing and I wish we stayed longer! I would definitely recommend BlueBuilding to anyone who is thinking about going to Athens. If we ever come back we will be staying here again no questions asked!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Very stylish and comfortable, 5 minutes walk to some great local bars and restaurants and half hour walk to the centre. It felt like a calm sanctuary after a hot day of sight seeing. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the BlueBuilding in Athens was great. This modern building, established in 2019, stands as a symbol of contemporary architecture and design. The modernist solutions were flawlessly incorporated, adding a unique flair to the space. The apartment on the third floor was spacious, bright, and equipped with all the modern amenities that make you feel right at home. From the roof, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Parthenon. The owners ensure that guests are provided with a variety of products for the breakfast, further enhancing the experience. It’s an excellent hotel for a short stay, and I highly recommend the BlueBuilding to anyone seeking true comfort during their time in Athens.

Everything. Great location, 2 minutes to bus station, connecting to the whole city Great food and bars for drinks on every corner. The appartment was just perfect. Great views, quality materials and very clean and tidy. Two terraces and separate roof terrace available for all guests to enjoy. Mr. Panagiotis was very kind and forthcoming. Provided all the info we needed and was available for us if necessary We were very happy with the stay. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apt is clean, beautifully designed, with all the amenities u may need. The owner is helpful and very friendly- the location is very nice, it offers a beautiful selection of cafes and restaurants. We rented a car, there were plenty of parking spaces on the streets.

The location was central. We could easily get a bus and taxis. In the summer heat, the ACs were working and the apartment was cool. The apartment was clean and spacious for a family of four. During the night there was no outdoor noise. The apartment is sound proof. The top floor terrace offers great views of Acropolis and other hills around Athens. Exceeded our expectations!

My only regret was leaving. Staff made us feel like family. Always available and responsive. Coming back to the apartment feels like coming home and everything is available to make for a wonderful trip. Athens is an amazing city but can be tiring and it is lovely to come back to this relaxed oasis in the heart of the metropolis.

This is a uniquely beautiful property in a great location in Athens. My only choice for stays in the city. Close to everything without the chaos of the downtown core. Great for families and the nicest management and staff you could wish for. An excellent choice.

This place was great. Excellent location in walking distance to Acropolis, Parthenon, Olympic stadium and many, many restaurants. Much more modern building and design compared to others in Athens. Very clean and well set up. Good sized kitchen and living area with a very comfortable bed in the bedroom. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors led to a nice patio. We also had access to a rooftop space on the top floor. Communication was easy via text. Breakfast food was provided for our stay (fresh fruit, bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc). Our room on the 6th floor had a couch the had a pull-out trundle twin bed, so we could accommodate 2 other family members in the living area. Just a great place to stay in a very good, safe area in Athens with lots to do within a 10 - 30 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious, modern, clean place in a great area of Athens.

Buses stopped just outside, but the one downside is that there's no metro station nearby.

Spacious, clean, very comfortable and luxurious apartment, with various nice touches such as bathrobes, slippers and a map of the local area provided. A very modern apartment with two very nice balconies. The facilities were excellent, including a washing machine and dish washer, and a good range of food was provided to make your breakfast. It's in a less touristy part of central Athens, with lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby.
