The hotel was absolutely wonderful. Our room (suite 6) was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities were top notch, and the breakfast each morning was delicious.

Got a little bit cold in the evenings, but that's down to the time of year we were there.

Awesome facilities (like new) as per the photos. We had a room with our own pool. However, the main pool area was only 30m away, so we used both. Breakfasts were great, delivered each morning to our room. The room was spacious and well set out. The hotel is on the opposite side of the caldera. So sun rises not sunsets. We had a small car which we used to take us to the towns for the day or dinners out. Then back to the Hotel for a quiet relaxing evening.

It is a little secluded on a dirt road which made it really impossible to walk to town.

The room was beautiful and we had a great view of the sunrise! The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

I don't really want to write anything negative as almost everything was perfect. Once we had cocktails at the pool bar and they were very sweet and not really "Cocktails" just some mix of sugary juices and some Liqueur. But thats really the only thing I can list here!

Everything was perfect! the room: Perfect size + two Bathrooms the view: One of the most beautiful sunrises we have ever experienced the staff: Very helpful, very nice, always available and even before arrival the arranged everything I asked for without hesitation. If I we go back to Santorini this is 100% the place we will go back to.

It was the perfect place to go to for peace and relaxation, coupled with the room service and friendly staff.

We spent a few days of our honeymoon in a wonderful suite, private heated pool and yacuzzi in the room. a bit out of the center of imerovigli, but perfect if you are looking for tranquility. A really positive note is for the staff, both the owner and the staff girls always helpful and help tourists with any needs, about island tips and car or transfer reservations. I highly recommend it! The main problem we found in this hotel is that, because it is so wonderful, we end up staying there too long and not knowing the island so well. :) Now, on a more serious note, I would only recommend the option of having a restaurant/bar for dinner, despite the agreement that exists for food delivery at the hotel.

The hotel is simply wonderful. Our room had a private heated pool with a fantastic view of the sea. The hotel pool was also fabulous, with a breathtaking view. The room was super comfortable and spacious. Few hotels make us feel at home as this one. The staff was always very attentive and available to meet our requests. Although the hotel is located in a non-central location, we opted for the transfer service that took us comfortably where we wanted to go. Our driver was super friendly and competent. The hotel serves breakfast in the room, which we can choose the day before, which made our experience even more wonderful, since every day we ate on the terrace overlooking the sea. I recommend seeing the sunrise from the room at least once. It's beautiful! Even though the hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner, it is possible to order food from a restaurant with which they have a partnership. We never did, but I believe it must be nice to have a sea view from the bedroom terrace, while we have dinner. We loved everything about it and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Santorini.

Nothing to say here - everything was perfect!

If you’re going to Santorini, you MUST stay here - the girls that run the place are amazing; the staff are delightful and the accommodation is simply stunning. Oyster suites is a couple of km out of the main resorts which is why it’s so amazing - peaceful, serene and, quite frankly, luxurious bliss! The rooms are stunning (we stayed in the cave - incredible), private pool is fabulous and the main pool and bar are wonderful. You will not find better accommodation and value for money anywhere on this beautiful island. We’ll be back soon! (Not sure how soon as we live in Australia but hopefully within a couple of years!)

The variety of cocktails, however it was still lovely what they had and we understood it was a relatively new hotel.

The owners were absolutely fantastic. Especially Vassia! She was available to contact throughout the stay at no matter what time. She would book all of our dinner reservations and taxis and ensure we made it home safely every night. It was absolutely lovely a beautiful quiet hotel. The breakfast was brought straight to the room at any time you requested it the evening before, was always lovely and fresh.

We loved everything! Our stay with Oyster was just amazing, from the welcoming at check-in until the check-out. Our best memories at Santorini are definitely at Oyster. We really appreciated staying in a very quite and relaxing place with an amazing view to the sea. We wanted to make sure to have the best privacy possible, we were served. The place offers wonderful view to the sun rise as well. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfasts served at the suite were excellent.

Location makes it almost impossible to walk anywhere, unless you want to hike up steep rocky hills and get sweaty! For the price we paid we expected transfer/shuttle service to nearby areas but this was not included.

Spacious and beautiful setting, with large private rooms and outdoor areas which was really lovely. Breakfast served to you each morning is a nice treat. Great view over the eastern side.
