The WiFi is not the best, but you don't need it while being in Santorini

Bathroom: the bathroom is extremely simple and badly renovated. Especially the shower. Owner: the owner is quite strange, very attentive but probably a bit too attentive.

Location (sea): the hotel is 20-30 steps from the room door to the beach; the beach is crystal clear, with umbrellas for relax and stands for water sports. Location (shops): the hotel is in a pedestrian street, full of restaurants, cafes, shops. Price: the price is extremely convenient. View: there are 3 or probably 4 rooms, all at ground level; all the rooms have the main door and the main window with full sea view. Room size: the room is spacious, with kitchen and dining table. Varanda: all rooms have a very convenient private varanda in the front, with sea view.

The position of the apartment is perfect. The beach is right in front and everything you need (bars, restaurants, shops..) you find a few steps away. The host was very helpful, he arranged two transfers for us, one of which was at 5 in the morning.

The location was awesome . Our balocony opens to Sea view. Santorini best Beach was in front of building and accessible from my room in just 1 min walk. Aprtmentt open up in Food street. One side of rood in hotels and restaurents and other side was the beach all along. We walked on the road and enjoyed food and sea altogether.

The location is great, right next to the promenade and the beach. We did not use deck chairs on the beach at all, but in the yard of this facility, which were free for us. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Although the furniture is old, we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host is very kind and approachable. He is always there for whatever the guests need. He printed out our boarding tickets for the return flight. The maid is also extremely kind. She cleaned and changed towels every day. Simply the perfect vacation!

Parking the car during the night was a challenge since after 16:00 the street was closed to vehicles.

Very convenient location, in front of the beach and the shops and restaurants. It has a nice yard with sunbeds. Surprisingly, it was quiet at night since the street is closed to vehicles after 16:00

The booking.com guide seemed half a mile astray, but luckily the place was found by inquiring.

Despite its central location (next to the beach boulevard, right next to the beach, the sea was visible from the apartment), apartment was quiet and peaceful at night. All the necessary equipment was found and the apartment was clean and cleaned every day.

The attention, the facilities. They asked us to move one the middle of our stay with no apparent reason to a smaller room. The bathroom does not work properly. No toiletries where given aside from toilet paper.

The location is optimal. Really you could not ask for something better.

The property is right on the beach and the view from our studio was amazing!!! The studio had a lovely separate kitchen and bathroom with everything you would need for a self catering stay. The host was attentive and very friendly 😊

Location , location and location. Wonderful owner , Sparkling clean, On the beach road, Close for the cars after 16.00 Bus for Fira 200m, Bikes for rent 100m, Bars and restaurants every where , Not at least the beach the water and the sun. Thank you Santorini , You are in my heart ❤
