We were upgraded to a suite which was appreciated but it was very small and the balcony was tiny.

Stayed 4 nights in Fira and had a wonderful experience! Received complimentary white wine and fruits upon arrival. The bedsheets and room were cleaned daily. Great breakfast buffet selection and unforgettable dinners by the pool. Special thanks to the restaurant team led by Alex, and the friendly staff Christina, Ilias, and housekeeper Tanta, for making our trip with a toddler full of sweet memories.

Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast with more buffet options than anyone could ever ask for, stunning pool, great rooms. We were upgraded to the suite since it was our honeymoon which was very kind. We were also offered a complimentary welcome drink. The staff were very helpful and prompt with any questions we had.

There’s not much negative to say other than the rooms could do with a mirror near a power outlet for those of us who use hair straighteners or curlers.

A lovely clean modern hotel. There was a good breakfast selection and the all day food menu was excellent. Rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Plenty of sun beds available and only a short walk into Fira centre. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The rooms were well appointed, comfortable beds and very clean. The pool also was really lovely, albeit a little cold due to the time of the year and wind. Breakfast is really good with variety. The hotel also went out of their way and above and beyond to help me celebrate my sisters birthday. So thankful to them for that.

We had 3 rooms - one sea view and two pool view. I’m not sure the sea view room is worth the extra money as it looked over a busy road and then out to sea. The pool view rooms were quieter when sitting on balcony and the pool view equally lovely.

Everything was amazing - the staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfasts were super tasty. I was amazed at how many guests there where at the hotel but you couldn't hear or see anyone (only during breakfast) because the layout of the hotel is so good. I took advantage of the SPA and the ladies there were wonderful!

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Santorini and would absolutely return if I visit the island again. The facilities, location, views and breakfast were all exceptional. The room was very nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our second trip to Santorini, and we wish we had discovered this hotel the first time around. The pool area was really nice, offering a perfect spot to relax, and the food from the hotel restaurant was amazing. It was truly worth the money for such a great experience. My only suggestion would be to have the pool heated, especially for those visiting in early May when the weather can still be a bit cool. The hotel's location is ideal—close enough to the main areas of Fira to be convenient, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. This balance made for a very peaceful and enjoyable stay. Overall, this hotel provided everything we needed for a memorable Santorini vacation.

We loved everything, nothing negative at all

The hotel was exceptional, the staff were all very friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfast had a lot of choice. The hotel is also in a quiet location and only a 5 minute walk to the main town.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful surroundings , cannot fault the customer service, the quality and cleanliness. We were out and about every day, and it was such a beautiful experience to come back to our 'holiday house' (in the words of our toddler', where we felt so much at home and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing- so many choices and the ambience was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had the privilege of having a massage in the spa, and that too was wonderful! Very helpful and attentive staff! Thanks Orama Hotel- we would definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel!!

A minor point but I thought it odd that the gym had three cross trainers but no treadmill. The room itself could be made more comfortable - the bed was really low, and really soft. The pillows were also extremely soft. The decor where two of the pillows are hanging off leather straps is just strange and not very practical.

The location is great, a short walk to the centre of town. The staff are lovely, always very helpful. The poolside restaurant is really pleasant, food above average for a hotel, and the pool is lovely (maybe a bit cold for some people). Complimentary fruit, wine and water in the room. The staff in the hotel were very helpful in organising excursions.

Everything was excellent about our stay. The staff were so friendly, helpful and professional and we felt well taken care of. As it was our 10-year anniversary, they had upgraded us to a suite which made our stay even better. They also had a great selection of food for breakfast that my partner and I were looking forward to having it in the morning. It’s great location wise too, only a few minutes walk away from Fira and the bus station which made it feel like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of a busy town.
